    摘要： An apparatus adapted for sealing bags includes a hot air manifold along which a bag is conveyed after the bag has been filled with contents and closed. The manifold includes a hot air chamber having first air passages transmitting hot air under pressure to heat a portion of a first adhesive layer on the bag to an adhesive state, and second air passages transmitting hot air under pressure to heat a second adhesive layer on the bag to an adhesive state. A hot air deflector covers selected second air passages transmitting the hot air, wherein the apparatus is adapted for sealing woven polymeric bags with the adhesive layers. The hot air deflector is moveable to a position uncovering the selected second air passages to increase the amount of hot air, wherein the apparatus is adapted for sealing multi-wall paper bags.

    摘要： The invention relates to a packaging container of multilayer plastic foil which can be sealed with at least one layer lying on the container inner side. The packaging container has two primary walls (2, 2a) lying opposite each other and placed opposite each other in a top sealing seam (14), and two side fold walls (3, 4) which are folded into the top sealing seam (14) as a double layer, flat between the primary walls (2, 2a) and toward the inside, with folded edges (7, 8) oriented against each other. The invention is improved in the sense of prespecified air-tightness and aroma-tightness, with minimal work and material requirements, in that a closure plug (16) made out of a hot melt mass is arranged inside the sealing seam (14) directly in front of each folded edge (7, 8).

    摘要： A closure system for use in repetitively opening and closing an openable end of a pliable container includes first and second shape memory elements that are adapted to be attached to side walls of the pliable container adjacent the openable end thereof. Each of the first and second shape memory elements includes an elongated, generally concave surface portion and an opposing, generally convex surface portion. In accordance with various embodiments of the invention, the shape memory elements are provided on the container with the concave surface portions facing each other when the pliable container is in an open condition to maintain the opposing side walls in a spaced relationship in order to permit enhanced access to an interior of the container. In each embodiment, when the openable end is closed, the generally concave surface portion of one of the shape memory elements assumes a nested position with the generally convex surface portion of the other shape memory element in order to maintain the side walls in a close bearing relationship at the openable end. The shape memory elements can be constituted by various bowed members, including plastic bands, metal strips and wires which can either be fixedly or rotatably mounted to the bag. The closure system has application to various types of pliable containers, including two-sided, multi-ply and gusseted bags. A method and apparatus for producing pliable containers incorporating the closure system of the invention is also provided.

Substances are introduced into the pouch spaces by a first nozzle and a second nozzle inserted into a respective first space and second space and filling the pouch body through the first and second nozzle.
