In particular, an electrode connection system can support, hold, encase, and/or otherwise maintain contact with a sample in an electrochemical machining system. For example, the sample may be housed in a fixture, with an electrode in electrical contact with the sample and a common return path (e.g., to ground) for current from an electrolyte solution to flow through the sample. The fixture and sample can include an electrically conductive material.

摘要: Disclosed are a multi-channel electrochemical machining device and method for a blisk, and relate to the technical field of blisk electrochemical machining. The multi-channel electrochemical machining device for a blisk comprises an electrolytic bath used for accommodating an electrolyte, a blisk workpiece, a tube electrode and a top cover plate. The top cover plate is located above the blisk workpiece. An electrolysis chamber used for the tube electrode to electrolyze the blisk workpiece is formed between the lower surface of the top cover plate and the surface of the blisk workpiece. The electrolysis chamber communicates with the electrolytic bath. A drainage seam communicating the electrolysis chamber and the electrolytic bath along the axial direction of the blisk workpiece is formed in the upper surface of the top cover plate.

摘要: An electrochemical machining assembly for boring a passage in an electrically conductive workpiece. The electrochemical machining assembly includes an electrochemical machining tool having a telescoping collar with an articulating head coupled thereto. The telescoping collar is actuated between a contracted configuration and an extended configuration to advance the telescoping collar stepwise in the passage. The articulating head is tiltable relative to the telescoping collar to determine a direction of the passage. The electrochemical machining assembly is configured to remove material from the workpiece upon application of a voltage between the articulating head and the workpiece via a circulating electrolyte fluid to lengthen the passage.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for the electromechanical machining of a component with at least one electrode which has a first working face with an outer contour which is shaped so as to form a gap complementary to a surface, to be produced by the electrochemical machining, of the component and which has a second working face which is able to be arranged at an edge of the produced surface of the component. In the method, first of all the component is provided, and the first working face of the electrode is positioned in a first machining position with respect to the component. Then, the component is machined with the first working face in order to produce the surface, before the machining of the component with the first working face is ended at a predetermined position. Subsequently, the component is machined with the second working face of the electrode.

摘要: A numerical controller controlling a wire electric discharge machining device of the present invention is configured to perform perpendicular setting of the wire electrode with respect to the workpiece while the wire electrode is inserted into and passed through a machining hole of a workpiece and calculate the inclination of the workpiece; drive an XY axis and detect short-circuit; obtain the diameter of the machining start hole; subsequently drive the upper wire guide and the lower wire guide respectively and detect the short-circuit and calculate the location of the center of the upper portion of the machining start hole and the location of the center of the lower portion of the machining start hole; and, based on these calculated values, calculate the correction amount for the workpiece on the upper wire guide surface of the upper wire guide and the correction amount for the workpiece on the lower wire guide surface of the lower wire guide.

摘要: A method for producing cavities in a turbomachine disk, the cavities extending between first and second lateral surfaces of the disk, the method including positioning a ring facing the first surface, the ring including an inner periphery including protrusions complementary in shape to the cavities that are to be produced; circulating an electrolyte close to the protrusions on the ring; activating a first translational movement of the ring towards the second surface; activating a rotation of the disk; generating an electric current pulse in the electrolyte when the ring is substantially at the first surface, the pulse resulting in the ionic dissolution of the disk at the protrusions; reducing the speed of rotation to a first reduced speed, when the ring is substantially at the first surface, for a first period of time; and stopping the first translation of the ring when the ring is beyond the second surface.

The power supply is configured for applying a voltage between the workpiece and the electrode to facilitate smoothing surfaces of the workpiece.
