    摘要: The present invention relates to rope drums for winding and unwinding ropes, having a drum shell, to which end disks are fastened at the end faces, and to rope winches having such rope drums. The invention also relates to a method for producing such a rope drum. According to the invention, the drum shell is seamlessly rolled from an annular workpiece blank by means of a rope groove profile embossed in a non-cutting manner.

    摘要: A method for forging a niobium-tungsten alloy forged ring, including: (S1) subjecting an alloy ingot to turning, chamfering, spraying with an anti-oxidation coating, stainless-steel sheathing, heating and upsetting to obtain a primary pancake with a flat-die hammer, rapid-forging press or hydraulic press; (S2) subjecting an inner pole to wire electrical discharge machining to obtain a ring blank followed by machining to remove the stainless-steel sheath and oxide scale and defects; and subjecting the ring blank to fluorescent/dye penetrant inspection followed by vacuum stress-relief annealing; (S3) subjecting the ring blank to core shaft/saddle forging on the flat-die hammer or rapid-forging press to obtain a crude forged ring; and (S4) subjecting the crude forged ring to vacuum recrystallization annealing to obtain a desired forged ring.

    摘要: A ring rolling process and corresponding apparatus are disclosed. A ring shaped workpiece is provided, the ring shaped workpiece having a principal axis, an inner radial surface, an outer radial surface, a first axial surface and a second axial surface. The workpiece is subjected to radial pressure between a forming roll 150a acting on the outer radial surface and a mandrel roll 152a, 152b acting on the inner radial surface, at a radial roll bite region. A first axial roll 154a and a second axial roll 156a are provided at the first axial surface and the second axial surface respectively, to subject the workpiece to axial pressure. The first and second axial rolls 154a, 156a are provided at an angular position, measured around the workpiece and with respect to the principal axis, within ±10° of said radial roll bite region. Multiple circumferential constraint rolls are provided around the outer radial surface or inner radial surface. In order to control the cross sectional shape of the workpiece, the mandrel roll 152a, 152b and/or the forming roll 150a has a projecting portion for contact with the workpiece, the projecting portion having an axial extent which is smaller than the axial height of the workpiece, the mandrel roll and/or forming roll being axially moveable relative to the workpiece.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a preliminary formed body includes an ironing step and a thickening step. In the ironing step, a predetermined range of a plate is formed into a tapered shape in such a manner that while rotating the plate, a transform target portion of the plate is locally heated by induction heating, and a processing tool is pressed against the transform target portion. In the thickening step, a peripheral portion that is a distal end of the tapered shape of the plate is expanded inward in such a manner that while rotating the plate, the peripheral portion is locally heated, and a forming roller is pressed against the peripheral portion to push the peripheral portion in a direction orthogonal to a thickness direction of the peripheral portion.

    摘要: A method for producing ring members, such as rings for rolling bearings, through use of a rolling operation involves warming a ring blank, positioning the warmed ring blank over a mandrel which is rotatable about a first axis, and positioning a forming roll rotatable about a second axis aligned with the first axis so as to form a rolling gap with the mandrel, with a portion of the ring blank being positioned in the rolling gap. The forming roll is driven to rotate in one rotary direction while the mandrel is driven to rotate in a rotary direction opposed to the rotary direction of the forming roll. During rotation of the forming roll and the mandrel, the mandrel is urged towards the forming roll to reduce the size of the rolling gap and thereby reduce the thickness of the ring blank while also increasing its diameter.
