    摘要: A metallurgical device, in particular a casting installation, rolling mill or strip processing installation, including at least one machine part rotating about an axis, wherein an energy consumer that is in electrical connection with an energy source is arranged in the machine part. To supply the energy consumer with energy on a sustained basis in spite of adverse ambient conditions, the energy source is designed as a generator which is in connection with the rotating machine part for rotation therewith, wherein the generator is otherwise free of any mechanical connection with the metallurgical device and wherein the generator has a housing element, on which at least one eccentric mass arranged at a location that is at a distance radially from the axis.

The forming roll (1) comprises an upper forming roll (1a) and a lower forming roll (1b); the supporting mechanism is a multi-point supporting mechanism (2a) or an overall supporting mechanism (2b) for supporting the forming roll; the adjusting mechanism is a multi-point shape adjusting mechanism (3) and/or an overall displacing mechanism for adjusting the shape and/or relative height of the forming roll (1); and the driving mechanism applies a torque to one or two ends of the upper forming roll (1a) and/or the lower forming roll (1b). The present invention also provides a method for sheet rolling by using the rolling device. The rolling device and rolling method can achieve three-dimensional curved surface rolling or thin sheet rolling of a sheet metal simply, quickly and at a low cost.

    摘要: The present invention includes (1) inputting, into a model expression that defines relation between various operating values of a facility operating on a material to be rolled and energy consumption of the facility, various actual operating values as the various operating values, to calculate an actual calculation value of the energy consumption; (2) dividing the actual value of the energy consumption by the actual calculation value to calculate a reference learning value of the energy consumption; (3) inputting the set operating value defined by the setting calculation unit only in one operating value, among various operating values of the model expression, while inputting the actual operating values collected by the actual value unit in other operating values to calculate a pseudo-actual calculation value of the energy consumption; (4) dividing the actual calculation value by the pseudo-actual calculation value to calculate a correction learning value; and (5) inputting the various set operating values as the various operating values of the model expression to calculate a prediction value of the energy consumption for the material to be rolled, which is scheduled to be conveyed to the rolling line next time or later, and multiplies the prediction value by the reference learning value and the correction learning value to calculate a corrected prediction value of the energy consumption.

    摘要: A thread rolling head comprises a bearing housing, in which at least two profile rollers, preferably at least three, are each rotatably mounted on an eccentric shaft. A shank is coupled to the housing, and adjacent profile rollers delimit an insertion section into which a workpiece can be longitudinally inserted. The bearing housing comprises two housing parts rotatable relative to each other to change the spacing between the profile rollers. An adjustment element interacts with one of the two housing parts and can rotate about the longitudinal axis thereof. Rotation of the adjustment element in a first direction causes rotation of the two housing parts in a third rotational direction, while its rotation in the second direction causes rotation of the housing parts in a fourth rotational direction counter to the third rotational direction. A display apparatus displays a change of the spacing between the profile rollers.
