    摘要: A gun-like spray device having a spray nozzle assembly at the discharge end and a reciprocatably movable valve needle for controlling the liquid flow through the discharge nozzle assembly. The nozzle assembly includes an orifice member which defines a liquid discharge orifice and a rigid valve seat for centering and precisely locating the valve needle in a closed position. An annular resilient sealing member is secured within the orifice member for engaging and creating a liquid seal about the valve needle separate and apart from the rigid seat when the valve needle is in a closed position. The spray nozzle assembly may be used with spray devices having different sized valve needles and includes a first rigid valve seat downstream of the resilient sealing member for receiving a relatively small diameter valve needle and a second rigid valve seat upstream of the resilient sealing member for receiving a relatively large diameter valve needle.

    摘要: A liquid jet nozzle for forming a high velocity liquid jet from a pressurized liquid, includes a monolithic Nitinol body having an input side and an output side. A tapering lead-in channel opening in the input side and tapers to a central web, through which extends a small diameter orifice, communicating through the web from the lead-in channel to an egress opening in the output side of the body. The orifice interacts with the high pressure liquid to shape the pressurized liquid into a narrow, high velocity liquid jet which exits the body through the egress opening. A surface layer of nickel titanium oxide on the Nitinol in the orifice provides enhanced resistance to erosion by the high pressure liquid.

    摘要: An irrigating nozzle has a tubular body having a bore closed at one end and open at its other end for coupling to a source of irrigating fluid. The body has at least one slit in its side wall and such side wall is formed of elastically deformable material which, in response to the presence of a predetermined pressure within the body, deforms and opens the slit to form a passage through which fluid may flow from the nozzle to the area to be irrigated. Upon reduction of the pressure to a value less than the predetermined value the side wall recovers and the passage is sealed automatically.

    摘要: A quickly installed spray nozzle is composed of a nozzle holder which is provided at the top with a water outlet that extends with an appropriate distance connect tube which is provided with a protuberance piece at both sides of the outer wall, and a nozzle head extends to an appropriate length with a casing at one end thereof. The inner wall of said casing is matched with the diameter of the connect tube. The casing is provided with a guide trough and a wedge trough, and further provided with a washer at the end thereof. The nozzle head uses the casing to insert directly to the connect tube of the nozzle holder, so as to let the protuberance piece of the connect tube to come into the guide trough of inner wall casing. The nozzle head removes to an appropriate angle so as to let the protuberance piece insert into the wedge trough and reach the nozzle head to install quickly in place.

    摘要: An injector has an orifice plate formed with plural orifices. At a radially outward position of the orifice plate is disposed a wall at least partially. It is preferable that the wall be disposed at a lower position in the direction of gravity. In the wall is formed a guide hole toward an area on the orifice plate where a strong negative pressure is developed. A portion of fuel injected from the injector adheres as adhered fuel to the orifice plate or the wall. Under the action of a negative pressure on the orifice plate the guide hole sucks in the adhered fuel and returns it onto the surface of the orifice plate. The adhered fuel flows from the wall onto the surface of the orifice plate and again joins a fuel jet injected from the orifices. By utilizing a negative pressure developed near the plural orifices, the adhered fuel can be recovered and again injected. Consequently, it is possible to decrease the amount of adhered fuel.
