摘要： A mixing apparatus may include a bowl defining at least one bowl opening for contents of the bowl to exit therefrom, and a valve assembly configured to selectively attach to the bowl at the bowl opening and including at least one base portion defining a base opening and configured to selectively receive a seal portion, the seal portion being movable between open and close positions, wherein in the open position, the base opening is unobstructed allowing contents of the bowl exit the bowl via the base opening, and in the closed position, the seal portion blocks the base opening preventing contents from exiting the bowl.

摘要： An implement attachment holder for a hand mixer includes a body defining opposed first and second surfaces and first and second mounting projections coupled with the body and extending away from the first surface of the body at respective first and second locations spaced apart at a first distance along a first direction. The attachment holder further includes a device retention projection extending away from the second surface of the body and partially along the first surface to at least partially overlie the first and second locations from which the first and second mounting projections extend. 摘要： A slide gate assembly includes a mounting plate with a through opening and an upper surface, and a top plate with a through opening and lower surface, wherein the through opening of the top plate aligns with the through opening of the mounting plate.
