摘要: A mixing system for use in a process bottle for mixing its contents, the mixing system including a low volume magnetically-driven mixer mounted at the bottom of the bottle. The mixer may have vanes and lower grooves, or no vanes and grooves on both upper and lower faces. The mixer has a “microsized” three-dimensional solid inanimate body to enable insertion through relatively small mouth openings at the top of conventional reactor bottles. Methods of assembly are also disclosed which involve passing the microsized mixer through an open mouth of a process bottle and coupling the mixer with a bearing assembly at the floor of the bottle. The bearing assembly includes fixtures sealed around a hole in the floor of the bottle.

Furthermore, the invention relates to a dynamic mixer, in particular a dental dynamic mixer, comprising the rotor shaft, as well as its use for mixing low to high viscous components.

The accept tank has mixers (10) each located within one of the arched ends (2). The mixers (10) have axles (11) on which are mounted propellers (12). The mixers (10) are aligned horizontally and each axle points to a respective point on the elongated section (1) of the sidewall (3) which away from an end of the elongate section by at least 25% of the length of the elongated section (1). The propellers (12) are symmetrically positioned with respect to a center-point of the accept tank. Within the center of the elongated section is an elongated centerpiece (6) having rounded ends. The accept tank has a substantially flat bottom at least at the elongated section (1) of the accept tank.

摘要: A system for mixing, for example, salt with water to make brine, includes a mixing vessel removably mounted within a bulk vessel. The mixing vessel is provided with a divider/filtration wall separating a front portion, where solid granular material is provided and mixes with a liquid for purposes of dissolving the solid granular material into the liquid, and a rear portion. The mixing vessel is provided with an agitation pipe along a floor thereof, and is shaped to minimize settled granular material from collecting at the base of the mixing vessel. The divider/filtration wall serves to prevent overflow, includes one or more screens to allow liquid, but prevent granular material larger than the pore size of the screens, to pass from the front portion to the rear portion, and in the event of overflow, minimize turbulence in material passing over the divider/filtration wall, all of which promote delivery of a uniform distribution of dissolved material to the batch tank. In the case of salt brine production, a wireless salinity sensor can accurately measure salt concentration in real time at a variety of depths.
