    摘要: A process for preparing one of a patient's upper and lower jaw for a full arch teeth replacement may include extracting every tooth in a patient's arch to define a corresponding number of post-extraction root sockets, wherein each tooth is extracted atraumatically to substantially maintain the patient's original alveolar bone and original keratinized gingiva, waiting a period of time to allow for tissue healing and substantial osteoblast/osteoclasts interaction and remodeling such that newly ossifying bone fills space in each of the post-extraction root sockets, installing a plurality of socket-sized implants less than the number of post-extraction root sockets into corresponding post-extraction root sockets, and allowing for osseointegration of each of the socket-sized implants into the newly ossifying bone of the corresponding post-extraction root sockets.

    摘要: The invention provides a dentition movement track indicator and a tracing method. The device includes an intra-oral fixation assembly and an extra-oral movement indicating assembly, wherein the intra-oral fixation assembly includes a lower denture base, a left side retention steel wire, a right side retention steel wire and a positioning steel wire. The lower denture base is arranged on the lingual side of the lower dentition and respectively extends from a lower incisor to the far center of the last tooth on the left side and the right side and clings to the lingual mucous membrane. The left side retention steel wire and the right side retention steel wire are distributed in a left-right symmetry mode. The extra-oral movement indicating assembly includes a connecting rod, an arc rod, an indicating plate and a plurality of rectangular parallelepiped thin rods. When set up in lingualised occlusion, at least one of following occurs: the palatal cusp of the upper 4 (1) fits into the distal fossa of the lower 4 (6), the palatal cusp of the upper 5 (2) fits into the distal fossa of the lower 5 (7), the mesial palatal cusp of the upper 6 (3) fits into the central fossa of the lower 6 (8), the distal palatal cusp of the upper 6 (4) fits onto the marginal ridge of the lower 6 (9) and the mesial palatal cusp of the upper 7 (5) fits into the central fossa of the lower 7 (10). The buccal cusps of the lower teeth are out of contact with the upper teeth, such that the cusp/fossa dimensions and relationships of the teeth concerned enable the occlusal scheme for the teeth to be changed from lingualised to balanced occlusion simply by softening the wax or resin under the upper posterior teeth and rotating the upper buccal cusps downwards around the said palatal cusps on the upper teeth with such palatal cusps still substantially remaining within the centric stops of the lowers.
