摘要： A seamless undermount stainless steel sink system includes a solid countertop constructed of granite, marble, quartz stone, quartzite, porcelain, glass, engineered stone, multi-layered and/or composite materials, and having a sink mounting aperture defining an inner periphery disposed therethrough. The system also includes a stainless steel sink having a sidewall with a rimless upper edge defining an outer periphery therearound. A mounting assembly is attached to a portion of the stainless steel sink at a predetermined mounting depth below the rimless upper edge, and an interface is formed between the stainless steel sink and the solid countertop. A sealing assembly is disposed in the interface between the rimless upper edge of the stainless steel sink and the solid countertop to prevent water, food, or other debris from getting in between the stainless steel sink and the solid countertop.

摘要： A semiconductor substrate processing apparatus for processing semiconductor substrates includes showerhead module delivering process gas through a faceplate having gas passages therethrough from the process gas source to a processing zone of the processing apparatus wherein individual semiconductor substrates are processed. The showerhead module comprises a gas delivery conduit in fluid communication with a cavity at a lower end thereof, a baffle arrangement in the gas delivery conduit and the cavity, and a blocker plate in the cavity disposed below the baffle arrangement. The baffle arrangement comprises baffles which divide process gas flowing through the gas delivery conduit into center, inner annular, and outer annular flow streams. The center flow stream exits the baffle arrangement above a central portion of the faceplate, the inner annular flow stream exits the baffle arrangement above an inner annular region of the faceplate, and the outer annular flow stream exits the baffle arrangement above an outer annular region of the faceplate.

摘要： A closet flange system with attached bolts on the anterior surface and a beveled edge on the posterior surface, a groove on the anterior surface for an O-ring to form a seal between the bottom of the toilet and the anterior edge of the closet flange. The anterior surface is connected to a midsection of the closet flange, which includes a keeper ring, securing the position of the closet flange within a drain pipe by preventing removal. An additional O-ring may be positioned on the midsection to block fluid and gas from the drain from rising to contact the keeper ring or escaping outside of the drain pipe. The beveled edge guides the end of the flange into the drain pipe. The system includes bolts which attach the closet flange to the bottom of the toilet before the system is attached to the drain pipe at the floor surface.

Therefore, the plumbing is not confined by the wall stud location and distances, yielding all plumbing to be within the furniture sink vanity cabinet. The methods and apparatus enable the installation and future maintenance of wall-mount faucets to be at a minimum effort. The methods and apparatus can substantially reduce the cost of bathroom re-modeling while enabling modular/furniture/prefabricated styles of bath sink vanities to be used with wall-mount faucets.
