摘要： Disclosed is a fastener for coupling a first component to a second component. The fastener comprising a body portion, a bridge, and a shank portion. The body portion comprising a plurality of ribs arranged to form a U-bend. Each of the plurality of ribs defines a profile designed to regulate at least an insertion force of the fastener. The profile can be curved. The bridge connecting the plurality of ribs to each other at the U-bend. The shank portion extends from the body portion and includes a plurality of arms. Each arm is cantilevered at a free end of a rib from among the plurality of ribs and extends therefrom in a direction away from the body portion to be hingeable about the arm. The rib profile can be curved between the U-bend and shank portion.

摘要： A tether has a pair of guide plates. The pair of guide plates has two sides. A distance between points located on the two sides increases, as the points on the two sides approach a tip of the tether. The tether may have elastic branches. The pair of guide plates may have protrusions protruding toward an anchor. The tether may be made long by curving a tether intermediate portion. The tether may have a second guide plate and a third guide plate. When a pillar garnish is moved in a direction away from a pillar, the two sides of the guide plates are brought into contact with a rim portion of a tether housing portion defining the tether inserting aperture, thereby preventing the tether from rotating about a center axis line of the clip and the anchor to pass through the tether inserting aperture. When a bottom wall of the tether housing portion comes to a tether portion located between the guide plates and the anchor, the elastic branches and the protrusions prevent rotation of the tether. The second and third guide plates also prevent rotation of the tether.

摘要： A watertight clip may include a watertight clip main body and a packing. The watertight clip main body has a stabilizer, a pillar extending from the stabilizer, engagement legs formed in the pillar, and a packing retainer member. When the pillar is inserted into an attaching hole formed in a plate-shaped subject member, the subject member is positioned between the engagement legs and the stabilizer, so that an attached member connected to the stabilizer can be attached to the subject member. The packing is previously attached to the pillar. The packing is interleaved between the subject member and the stabilizer. The packing retainer member is configured to prevent the packing from separating from the pillar.

摘要： A quarter turn fastener includes a deflectable head and part in assembly legs for securing the fastener in a subassembly with one component positioned between the deflectable head and the part in assembly legs. Cooperating lock arms on the fastener and lock ribs on the component secure the fastener against unintended rotation for loosening. Stop ribs on the component limit the distance the fastener can be rotated. Main body legs are provided for securing a second component with the subassembly. Cooperating structures of the fastener and the components limit the fastener to rotate only in the lock direction from the unlocked position and in the unlock direction from the locked position.

The spacing device has a main body with a thickness corresponding to the desired minimum spacing between the substrates and, extending from the main body or a base connected to said main body, an attachment member capable of being inserted into an opening in one of the substrates, but resistant to being easily withdrawn from such opening. Noise and vibration that might otherwise be generated or propagated by closely proximate substrates are reduced through the use of such molded polymeric spacing devices, which may be integrally fashioned from a rubber.
