In one aspect, a pouch with internal support includes a flexible pouch including a fitment coupled to a flexible pouch body and at least one inner support piece coupled to the fitment and extending into the inside of the pouch through the interior of the fitment. The fitment includes a fitment inner engagement feature and the at least one inner support piece includes an inner support engagement feature and at least one inner support extending from the inner support engagement feature. The fitment inner engagement feature and inner support engagement feature are interlocked to keep the at least one inner support piece from falling into or out of the flexible pouch body.

摘要： A flexible container includes a panel structure of flexible web material, including panels that are adjoined to define a pouch. The pouch has a top opening with a fitment, and is expandable from a collapsed, unfilled condition to an expanded, filled condition. When the pouch is in the filled condition and resting on a flat surface, the panel structure supports the pouch in an upright orientation in which the fitment opening faces upward. The panel structure also provides the pouch with a flat footprint upon which the pouch overlies the flat surface. The flat footprint is defined in part by the pouch and in part by the lower handgrip in a condition folded beneath the pouch.

The body forms a dispenser orifice that passes through from the rear face to the front face, the front and rear faces defining front and rear heat-sealing zones for the sheets. The front face defines a fluid collection zone at the orifice and the rear face defines a fluid delivery channel that extends from the dispenser orifice to the internal edge of the body. A closure lid is provided, the lid connected to the base body via a hinge. The body defines tapering side edges where the front and rear heat-sealing zones are contiguous, and the front and rear faces are convex, to define a maximum thickness where the dispenser orifice, the delivery channel, and a fraction of the collection zone are formed.

摘要： The invention relates to a welded-in plastic spout part that is to be joined to a plastic receptacle part, especially a receptacle part made of film-type plastic material such as a pouch. The inventive spout part comprises parallel planar weld-on ribs which extend along the circumference of a neck area (spout) that defines a pouring passage. A rib-shaped welding burr that is less thick than the weld-on ribs is provided at the outer circumference of said weld-on ribs. The welding burr is molded onto an outer rounded peripheral edge of the weld-on ribs. A partition which protrudes radially on both sides of the neck area is arranged perpendicular to the weld-on ribs. Both ends of said partition extend beyond the ends of the rib base area so as to form lateral flaps. The welding burrs extend past both sides of the flaps while the lateral flaps are provided with one respective recess instead of a top and bottom outer corner.
