    摘要: An MEMS microphone includes a substrate including a back volume provided inside the substrate and an opening provided at an upper surface of the substrate to communicate the back volume; a sensing device provided at an inner side wall of the back volume; a first cantilever provided inside the back volume and including end portions coupling with the sensing device; a first membrane provided at the opening; a second membrane provided inside the back volume; and second cantilevers, each of which includes a first end mechanically supporting the first cantilever, and a second end connected to the second membrane. By suspending the first cantilever on the second cantilevers, the end portions of the first cantilever always couple with a preset position of the sensing device. Thus, the DC offset of the displacement of the membrane can be prevented.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a bone conduction speaker, comprising: a vibration assembly, the vibration assembly including a vibration element and a vibration housing, the vibration element being used to convert an electrical signal into a mechanical vibration, the vibration housing being used to contact with a face of a user and to transmit the mechanical vibration to the user in a bone conduction manner to produce a sound; and a resonance assembly including a first elastic element and a mass element, the mass element being connected to the vibration assembly by the first elastic element, wherein the vibration assembly causes the resonance assembly to vibrate, the vibration of the resonance assembly weakening a vibration amplitude of the vibration housing.

    摘要: A multifunctional sound device includes a housing, a sound unit, and a motor assembly. The sound unit includes a frame, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. The motor assembly includes a vibration unit and elastic components. The vibration unit includes driving coils and a mass block. The driving coils are fixed to the mass block and located in a magnetic field range of the magnetic circuit system. The mass block is made of conductive materials. The driving coils interact with the magnetic circuit system to enable the vibration unit to vibrate in a reciprocating mode after the driving coils are energized. Compared with related art, the multifunctional sound device is small in overall thickness and size, large in electromagnetic damping of a magnetic circuit, easy to assemble, and excellent in acoustic performance.

    摘要: The present disclosure generally provides an apparatus and method of forming a liquid impermeable sealed audio speaker that can be easily manufactured and provides a high quality audio output. In an effort to overcome the shortcomings of conventional sealed speaker designs that typically utilize complicated and expensive means of shielding their electronic components from liquids and other sources of contamination, one or more of the embodiments of the disclosure provided herein include a sealed enclosure that has at least one liquid impermeable region that prevents or substantially inhibits the movement of a liquid from the exterior region into the internal region. In general, the liquid impermeable regions, or hereafter simply “liquid permeable regions,” are configured to prevent the ingress of liquids or other contaminants, while allowing the production of a desired sound quality.

    摘要: An earphone includes a housing having a sound-emitting hole, a speaker mounted in the housing, and a passive radiator mounted in between the sound hole and the speaker driver and including a vibrating diaphragm main body and a weight embedded in the vibrating diaphragm main body or bonded to the top or bottom surface of the vibrating diaphragm main body. The mounting arrangement of the passive radiator optimizes the sound performance of the earphone. The weight of the passive radiator is firmly connected with the vibrating diaphragm main body so that severe vibration of the vibrating diaphragm main body does not cause disconnection of the weight.
