    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, non-transitory computer-readable media, and methods for removing objects from an image stream at capture time of a digital image. For example, the disclosed system contemporaneously detects and segments objects from a digital image stream being previewed in a camera viewfinder graphical user interface of a client device. The disclosed system removes selected objects from the image stream and fills a hole left by the removed object with a content aware fill. Moreover, the disclosed system displays the image stream with the removed object and content fill as the image stream is previewed by a user prior to capturing a digital image from the image stream.

    Abstract: A panoramic image system with parallax mitigation includes a controller that can generate on a display an IFOV that includes image data from both a first image sensor having a first FOV and a second image sensor having a second FOV which are overlapping FOVs. The IFOV includes a portion of the non-overlapping section of a first FOV, the overlapping sections of both the first and second FOVs, and a portion of the non-overlapping section of the second FOV. The overlapping section of the first FOV is blended with the overlapping section of the second FOV, wherein the first FOV and the second FOV both have a level of contribution to the blended overlapping section. The level of contribution to the blending from the first FOV increases as the viewer’s head moves in a first angular direction and decreases as the viewer’s head moves in a second angular direction.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method is provided that detects four sides of a subject image included in a captured image. It is determined, based on a width and a height of the captured image and the detected four sides of the subject image, whether imaging guides of vertical lines are to be displayed or imaging guides of horizontal lines are to be displayed.     Abstract: Approaches are described for managing the capture and/or presentation of images, such as panorama images. An electronic device can be used to “paint” the scene desired to be captured, where the device can be panned horizontally or vertically, or both, to capture images of a much larger area than the field of view of the camera. The overlap between adjacent images can be determined image-by-image and visual or other cues can be provided to assist a user controlling the device to pan the device in a particular manner to ensure an appropriate amount of overlap between captured images. Further, the user can be presented the entire panorama image being captured at the highest scale possible by filling the display element of the device with the image and dynamically scaling down the image as the user continues to add to the panorama image.
