The operation device determines, based on information input from the outside of the operation device in response to an operation performed on the operation device, an electronic device among a plurality of electronic devices connected to the system, for causing the electronic device to input electronic data to the information storing apparatus, and sends, to the information storing apparatus, a first request to cause the determined electronic device to input the electronic data to the information storing apparatus. The information storing apparatus sends, to the determined electronic device, a second request based on the first request sent from the operation device, and stores the electronic data that has been sent from the determined electronic device based on the sent second request.

摘要： Systems and methods relate generally to set up for a touchless use of a printing device, as well as touchless use thereof, are disclosed. In such a method, a printer driver programmed into a host computational device is accessed to display a user interface on a display device for input of job settings displayed via the user interface. A graphical user interface image of the user interface is displayed on the display device. The input of the job settings is accepted via the graphical user interface image. A quick response (QR) code is generated by the printer driver using the job settings for contents for the QR code. The QR code is displayed on the display device. The QR code is captured with a camera of a programmed mobile device. The QR code is converted into a near field communication (NFC) message by the programmed mobile device.

摘要： The present disclosure discloses methods and systems for allowing a user to add content from an external medium to a job submitted at a multi-function device. The method includes receiving a job at the multi-function device for a pre-defined operation. The method further includes providing a user interface at the multi-function device including an option for adding the content from the external medium. Once the option is selected, a code generated corresponding to the job is displayed at the multi-function device. Upon scanning the code, the user selects the content to be added and provides details of the content to be added from the external medium. Finally, the selected content is added in the job resulting in a final output.
