    Abstract: An optoelectronic device includes a reflective semiconductor optical amplifier (RSOA), which includes a gain medium to amplify laser radiation within a given gain band, a first reflector at a first end of the gain medium, and a waveguide coupled to convey the laser radiation into and out of a second end of the gain medium. An external laser cavity, disposed on an optical substrate, is optically coupled to the waveguide. The external laser cavity includes a second reflector, a comb filter, disposed between the second reflector and the RSOA and configured to pass a set of distinct wavelength sub-bands within the gain band, the set of distinct wavelength sub-bands defining a comb, and a bandpass filter between the second reflector and the RSOA in series with the comb filter, having a passband encompassing a subset of the wavelength sub-bands in the comb.

    Abstract: A laser device includes element circuits, a front optical system, and a reflective optical system. The front optical system forms a plurality of light beams by collimating a plurality of phase modulated light signals input from the element circuits, and generate a plurality of partially reflected light signals by partially reflecting the plurality of phase modulated light signals. The reflective optical system multiplexes the input local oscillation light with the plurality of partially reflected light signals by reflecting the local oscillation light in a direction of the front optical system. The element circuits can convert each of a plurality of interference light signals generated by multiplexing of the plurality of partially reflected light signals and the local oscillation light into a plurality of electric signals, and can detect a phase error between the plurality of electric signals and a reference signal.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a laser beam combination apparatus, comprising: a water cooling plate, a beam combiner and two laser arrays, each of the laser arrays comprises N lasers, wherein N is a positive integer more than 1; the two laser arrays are fixed on an upper surface and a lower surface of the water cooling plate, respectively; and the beam combiner performs a spatial beam combination, a polarization beam combination or a wavelength beam combination of laser beams output from the two laser arrays. Thus it can be seen that in the technical solution provided by the present invention, arrays of lasers are arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of the water cooling plate, and under the condition that a beam combination is performed on the same number of laser light beams, the water cooling plate is used in a high efficiency to decrease the volume and weight of the laser light beam combination apparatus, save the material of the water cooling plate of the laser light beam combination apparatus, and reduce the cost of the laser light beam combination apparatus, thus meeting the production and processing requirement of the laser light beam combination apparatus, and promoting the continuous development and progress of the laser light beam combination technique.
