摘要: A safety termination apparatus for connecting to a power conductor has first and second galvanic connections, a sensor wire, and an insulating housing. The first and second galvanic connections are connected to an uninsulated portion of the power conductor and a sensor wire is electrically connected to each galvanic connection. The insulating housing encloses the galvanic connections and has first and second compartments for enclosing the first and second galvanic connections. The first and second compartments separate the first and second galvanic connections such that the first and second galvanic connections are not electrically connected to each other than through a mutual connection to the power conductor.

In each of the terminal connection parts, the connection terminal is caulked to the terminal connection part so that the pair of caulking pieces enfold outsides of a pair of caulked pieces provided on the terminal connection part in a state that a bottom face between the pair of caulking pieces faces an opening between ends portions of the pair of caulked pieces. The terminal fitting is connected to the electric wires through the connection terminals.

摘要: A terminal fitting includes a terminal body and a plurality of terminal connection sections. A connection terminal is connected to an electric wire. The connection terminal has a holding space defined by a pair of fastening caulking pieces provided on both side sections of the connection terminal and upper end sections of the pair of fastening caulking pieces which are folded back inwardly. A pair of caulked pieces is provided so as to stand upright on both side sections of the terminal connection section and is configured to be accommodated in the holding space. A provisional engaging mechanism that is detachably engaged with the pair of fastening caulking pieces when the pair of caulked pieces is accommodated in the holding space and is provided between the pair of caulked pieces and the pair of fastening caulking pieces.

The first grounding terminal fitting (10) is configured by uniting two divided fittings (20, 30) including tabs (19) connectable to first conductive paths (Wa) and the two divided fittings (20, 30) are formed with uniting locking portions (25, 33) for holding the two divided fittings (20, 30) in a united state by being locked to each other at a position different from the first connecting plates (13). The first connecting plates (13) are in the form of single plates with the two divided fittings (20, 30) united.

摘要: A connector assembly for transmitting electrical energy through a wall opening, including a horizontal generally-rectangular first connector housing arranged on one side of the wall with a collar portion of the first housing extending through the wall opening. The collar portion contains a plurality of horizontal parallel coplanar first through bores in which are mounted a plurality of electrically conductive spring contacts, respectively. A second connector housing arranged on the other side of the wall opening contains a recess receiving the collar portion, and a plurality of second bores extending collinearly opposite the first bores, respectively. An electrically conductive comb member includes a plurality of integral pin portions that extend from a common spine portion through the second bores and into the first bores for electrical engagement with the spring contacts, respectively, thereby to connect conductors arranged on opposite sides of the wall.

摘要: An electrical junction box includes a frame, a bus bar and a relay to be mounted to the frame, a junction terminal interconnecting a plate-like terminal portion of the bus bar and a plate-like terminal portion of the relay. The junction terminal includes a tubular portion having a pair of opposing walls and a spring portion arranged in the tubular portion such that the plate-like terminal portion of the bus bar inserted into the tubular portion from one side is sandwiched between the spring portion and one opposing wall and the plate-like terminal portion of the electronic component inserted into the tubular portion from the other side is sandwiched between the spring portion and the other opposing wall. The frame includes a receiving portion allowing the junction terminal to enter only when it is in correct position and an engagement portion holding the junction terminal inserted into the receiving portion.
