Push-type switching elements 2A, 2B, and 2C are mounted on a printed circuit board 1, a rubber dome 3 is provided with expanded portions 30A, 30B, and 30C for housing the switching elements 2A, 2B, and 2C, the switching elements 2A, 2B, and 2C are provided with conductive films 41A, 41B, and 41C on an outer surface and a lower face, conductive parts 31A, 31B, and 31C are provided at a conductive part such as an upper surface of the expanded portions 30A, 30B, and 30C of the rubber dome 3, or a wiring pattern of the printed circuit board 1, and the conductive films 41A, 41B, and 41C contact with the conductive parts 31A, 31B, and 31C constantly by a biasing force of the switching elements 2A, 2B, and 2C regardless the operation of switch knobs 4A, 4B, and 4C.

摘要： A tactile switch plate for a keyboard member has a planar body portion provided with a plurality of outwardly deformed carrier portions corresponding in number and spacing to the number and spacing of the keys of the keyboard. Each of the carrier portions is resiliently flexible for movement toward the plane of the body and each carrier portion carries a preferably elastomeric switching member that is adapted to bridge the conductors and establish an electrical circuit between the conductors. The plate and switching members are produced by a molding process and the elastomeric switching members are cured by heat.

The inner faces of the two layers face one another. At least one of the printed tracks (13, 15) passes across the pad in a number of runs at a plurality of spaced locations. The first track (13) on the first layer (10) intersects at a plurality of locations with the second track (15) on the second layer (12). At least one of the layers (10, 12) is provided on its inner surface with a plurality of raised portions (12) arranged over the face of the layer (10, 12) between adjacent runs of the conductive track (13, 15) and facing the inner face of the other layer (12, 10) to maintain the two tracks (13, 15) apart when the sensor pad is unstressed, but which are compressible to deform to allow localised contact between the first and second tracks (13, 15) when pressure is applied to the pad.

摘要： A push-button switch member which utilizes light energy without any loss for back-lighting on a display section and which realizes the back-lightening to the display section with an even luminance while suppressing power consumption and having high visibility and thin thickness. The push-button switch member includes a key-top portion and a cover base member which is provided at a predetermined portion of the key-top portion and which is adapted to be mounted to the circuit board. The key-top portion includes a display section for displaying a switching function and an area emitter which is integrally formed with the display section. The area emitter member is provided with a light emitting layer disposed between a base electrode and a transparent electrode, which is disposed so as to oppose the base electrode. The transparent electrode is arranged to be contacted to the display section and is formed of a transparent conductive polymer.

It is possible to reduce the number of parts, make assembly simple and quick, hence improve assembly performance. For example, even if some vibration or impacts act on the device, there is no fear of the device malfunctioning.
