    摘要: Provided are approaches for modularized power distribution. In one approach, an apparatus may include a module extending into an interior cavity of a housing assembly through an opening formed in a base section of the housing assembly. The module may include a component grid at one end for receiving one or more components (e.g., fuses, relays, circuit breakers, diodes, etc.), and a wiring alignment cover at an opposite end operable with a terminal. The apparatus may further include a mechanical sealing element disposed along one or more surfaces of the module to provide a seal between the module and the base section defining the opening. In another approach, a plurality of modules may be disposed within a plurality of openings formed in the base section. In another approach, the apparatus may include a bracket configured to releasably connect the base section and the cover.

The printed board 34 includes through holes 62 through which tab terminals 76 are inserted. A board terminal 32 includes an insertion hole 38 into which the tab terminal 76 is inserted and a connecting portion 42 projecting inwardly of the insertion hole 38 is pressed into contact with the tab terminal 76. A tab terminal inserting portion 72 is formed by arranging the through hole 62 and the insertion hole 38 such that the through hole 62 and the insertion hole 38 overlap each other in a plan view.

    摘要: For providing a fuse block in which a printed circuit board can be miniaturized, the fuse block includes a plurality of busbars formed into an L-shape. Each of the busbars is provided at one end thereof with at least one tuning-fork shaped connecting portion to be connected with a fuse, and at the other end thereof with at least one board connecting portion to be connected with a printed circuit board by soldering. The busbars are arranged in parallel along a direction X and overlapped along a direction Y to form four layers. The board connecting portion of the busbar in a third layer numbered from the printed circuit board and the board connecting portion of the busbar in a second layer are arranged in one row on one straight line, so that total number of the rows is smaller than total number of the layers.

    摘要: In one aspect of the present invention, subminiature fuses are soldered to a PCB via clips attached to the fuse end caps. The clips are physically attached to the PCB pads, enabling the fuse to be replaced if needed and providing thermal decoupling between the fuse and the heating sinking solder/PCB pads. The fuse and clips can also be picked and placed in one operation. In another aspect, improved fuse clips are provided that include tabs that separate the housing portions of the clips from the heating sinking solder/PCB pads. Such improved clips further enhance thermal decoupling. In a further aspect, an improved fuse is provided, in which the thermal decoupling tabs just described are provided directly with the fuse. In yet a further aspect, a thermally insulative fuse body is provided to further decouple the fuse element from its surroundings.

Then, the support block (20) is fixedly secured to the circuit board (3), and the soldering portions (12) of the connection terminals (10) are soldered to the circuit board (3). A crank-shaped bent portion (18) is provided between the press-fitting portion (13) and the soldering portion (12), and projections (14, 15) for transmitting a withdrawal force and an insertion force to the support block (20) are formed respectively at front and rear ends of the press-fitting portion (13).
