    摘要: A drive rod (15) connects a moveable contact element (10) of a compressed-gas cutout (1) with a drive (20). A disconnecting braking structure (22) is provided for braking the drive rod (15) and the switch parts moved with the latter in the final phase of a disconnecting action. The disconnecting braking structure (22) comprises a track (48, 49, 50) assigned to the drive rod (15) and an adjustable guided roller (42 or 43) cooperating with the track (48, 49, 50) against the force of a spring (47). The track (48, 49, 50) has two track sections (48, 49), that are arranged parallel to a switch axis (y) and in tandem, whereas the top track section (49) has a greater distance to the switch axis (y) than the bottom track section (48), and a connecting section (50). The rollers (42 or 43) are pressed back at the disconnecting movement of the drive rod (15) against the force of the spring (47) while simultaneously exerting braking force on the drive rod (15). The potential energy of the spring (47) is utilized for acceleration in a subsequent connecting action.

    摘要: A clutch device of a gear transmission system of a circuit-breaker spring operating mechanism includes an energy storage shaft, a large gear, and a small gear. At an energy storage holding position of the large gear, a toothless and special teeth area is arranged corresponding to the small gear. A clutch cam is provided in a cavity in the large gear at the area and a backward extended part and may be reset by a resetting spring. In the area, the large gear includes a first special tooth, a second special tooth, and a space between the first and second special teeth. When energy storage is completed, the small gear pushes the first special tooth to push the large gear and energy storage shaft to the energy storage holding position that is away from a friction dead zone, and the small gear is automatically disengaged from the large gear.

    摘要: An operating mechanism for a rectilinear motion circuit-breaker, for performing an open-close-reopen cycle, and operating on an operating rod of the circuit-breaker and including closing and opening springs. The opening spring operates on the operating rod. The closing spring operates on a crank end whose other end is connected to a shaft fastened to a flywheel and on which is mounted a closing cam cooperating with a roller on the operating rod. A closing pawl retains the closing spring in a compressed position, opening the closing pawl releasing the closing spring to rotate the cam, thereby closing the circuit-breaker and rearming the opening spring. A rearming motor couples to the shaft by a freewheel. A pawl triggers opening retaining the operating rod against force of the opening spring in the closed position of the circuit-breaker and is adapted to receive an opening command.

    摘要: The electric circuit-breaker includes an interrupting chamber with at least one moving contact inside the chamber, the moving contact being actuated by means of a spring-loaded mechanical control mechanism so as to open or close the circuit-breaker. The control mechanism includes at least one first spring exerting a force tending to move the moving contact to open the circuit-breaker, and a second spring exerting a force tending to move the moving contact to close the circuit-breaker while loading the first spring. An additional spring is provided for exerting an additional force that is added to the force exerted by the first spring at the beginning of circuit-breaker opening. The additional spring thus accumulates some of the kinetic energy from the moving contact at the end of opening.

    摘要: A rotating actuator displaces a movable pin between two end positions, at least one of which two end positions is a stop. The actuator comprises an energy buffer, components mutually connecting the energy buffer and the movable pin, a mass capable of storing energy of the energy buffer as kinetic energy, wherein at the end of the displacement in at least one direction the kinetic energy of the mass is stored again in an energy buffer. A locking device blocks the actuator in at least one extreme position when the remaining kinetic energy has been substantially transferred to the energy buffer. The lost energy can be supplied at the end of the movement cycle. Between the energy buffer and the movable pin are situated at least two rotating components, i.e., an actuating element which drives the movable pin between two end positions. The distance between the end positions in relation to each other is not necessarily determined. A mass which moves along partly parallel with the actuating element, wherein kinetic energy is stored in the mass at the beginning and over only a part of the movement, on the basis of which kinetic energy the movement of the rotating components can be completed without other energy sources having to be applied for this purpose and whereof at the end of the movement the mass can rotate further relative to the actuating element, wherein the remaining kinetic energy of the mass is relinquished to the energy buffer.

    摘要: A drive device includes a cam disk (18), which, for switching on the power switch, can be driven by means of an energy store, impulsively, in a direction of rotation (D). A first section (48) of the curve path (20) of the cam disk (18), which, as the azimuth increases counter to the direction of rotation (D), exhibits an increasing radius, is adjoined by an intermediate section (50) of steadily decreasing radius. After this intermediate section (50) there follows a second section (52), running roughly in the radial direction. As a result of the interaction of the first section (48) with the roller (22'), the triangular lever (76), together with the control shaft (26), moves counter to the direction of rotation (D) out of the switch-off setting into the switch-on setting and by a measure of one overtravel (U) beyond this. When the intermediate section (50) is moved past the roller (22'), the triangular lever (76) moves under the force of the now tensioned disconnecting spring slowly back in the direction of rotation (D), until it is positioned with its pawl boss (78) in contact with the connecting pawl (72). As a result of this slow return motion, impact forces acting upon the pawl (34) are greatly reduced.
