    Abstract: The present technology relates to circuit breaker devices having current sense transformers. The current sense transformer includes a core, a secondary winding, and a primary winding coupled to the power input. The secondary winding includes a first wire wrapped around the core a number of secondary winding turns. The primary winding includes a second wire wrapped around the core a number of primary winding turns. The number of primary winding turns includes a first number of primary winding turns in a first direction and a second number of primary winding turns in an opposite direction that magnetically cancel out the second number of primary winding turns in the first direction to generate an effective number of primary winding turns. The effective number of primary winding turns and the number of secondary winding turns make up a desired turns ratio.

    Abstract: A multi-pulse line-interphase transformer converter includes an electric part that includes magnetic components configured to be connected to a three-phase AC grid, and an electric part that includes a multi-phase voltage system configured to be connected to a common DC capacitor. The electric part splits each AC grid phase n times into two phases, resulting in a plurality of intermediate phases at an internal interface, each intermediate phase corresponding to a pulse of the multi-pulse line-interphase transformer converter. The intermediate phases are connected to the multi-phase voltage system. The multi-phase voltage system comprises bridges with actively controlled switches. The bridges are connected in parallel to the common DC capacitor.

    Abstract: An integrated magnetic element is provided, including a first magnetic-core frame, three second magnetic-core frames, and three coil windings. The first magnetic-core frame has a first side pillar and a second side pillar opposite to the first side pillar. The three second magnetic-core frames are arranged on the side corresponding to the first side pillar of the first magnetic-core frame, and are arranged in parallel with the axis of the first side pillar of the first magnetic-core frame. Each of the second magnetic-core frames has a first side pillar adjacent to the first side pillar of the first magnetic-core frame, and a second side pillar opposite to the first side pillar of itself. The three coil windings connect to a three-phase grid, and wind around the first side pillar of the first magnetic-core frame and the corresponding first side pillar of the second magnetic-core frame respectively.

    Abstract: A coil device with a cooling structure includes: a coil unit that has a core structure having one or more leg parts and one or more coils wound around the one or more leg parts; and a flow-rectifying member having a flat plate portion covering a face of the one or more coils and flow-rectifying ribs inwardly protruding from an inner surface of the flat plate portion, the flow-rectifying ribs extending in a direction parallel to center axes of the one or more coils and being positioned to face side boundaries of the face of the one or more coils. The flat plate portion and the flow-rectifying ribs form a first air cooling channel at a substantially uniform gap outside of the one or more coils along the direction parallel to the center axes thereof, the first air cooling channel passing cooling air to air-cool the one or more coils.
