摘要:
A song-matching system, which provides real-time, dynamic recognition of a song being sung and providing an audio accompaniment signal in synchronism therewith, includes a song database having a repertoire of songs, each song of the database being stored as a relative pitch template, an audio processing module operative in response to the song being sung to convert the song being sung into a digital signal, an analyzing module operative in response to the digital signal to determine a definition pattern representing a sequence of pitch intervals of the song being sung that have been captured by the audio processing module, a matching module operative to compare the definition pattern of the song being sung with the relative pitch template of each song stored in the song database to recognize one song in the song database as the song being sung, the matching module being further operative to cause the song database to download the unmatched portion of the relative pitch template of the recognized song as a digital accompaniment signal; and a synthesizer module operative to convert the digital accompaniment signal to the audio accompaniment signal that is transmitted in synchronism with the song being sung.

A method and an apparatus for producing a musical tone of the so-called partial tone synthesizing type are disclosed, in which the sampling frequencies are established with respect to the respective partial tone components to satisfy the sampling theorem, and the highest frequency among the sampling frequencies is used as a reference frequency. Ratios of sampling frequencies of respective partial tone components to the reference frequency are determined. A partial tone component having a ratio of one is calculated with one channel at a period corresponding to the reference frequency whereas a plurality of partial tone components each having a ratio of less than one are combined into a set wherein the sum of the ratios of the combined partial tone components does not exceed one and the plurality of partial tone components are calculated on the time division basis with one channel at periods corresponding to the respective sampling frequencies.

A voice input to a microphone is converted by an A/D converter to a digital signal which is then delivered to a DSP, which extracts the notes of the input voice for determining same. The processing by the DSP includes bandpass filtering with a frequency corresponding to each note as the central frequency. A plurality of notes is processed on a time divisional basis to determine their respective notes. A new musical sound electronically corresponding to one or more notes extracted as the result of the note detection is then generated on a real time basis.
