    摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a determining device and a determining method to determine whether an inspected jet nozzle is defective by inspecting the jet nozzle for injecting a jet stream with long ground penetrating distance at a stage before installing in a construction site where a large diameter jet grouting method is used. To achieve this purpose, with this invention, in which a nozzle to be inspected is mounted onto an outlet port, a jet stream is ejected from a jet stream generating device, and measurement data measured by a pressure sensing unit when the jet stream impacts the pressure sensing unit is processed with a controlling device (for example, a computer), a nozzle to be inspected is determined to be a non-defective product if a first ratio is no less than a first prescribed value, a second ratio is no less than a second prescribed value, and a third ratio is no less than a third prescribed value.

    摘要: A canister for measuring the natural gas content of rock cores which (1) has an inner core-containment bag made of non-permeable plastic which can be flash evacuated, collapsing around the core and thus minimizing the amount of air present and improving the quality of the gas analyses and (2) which prevents the released gas from reacting with the outer canister. A procedure for using gas-sampling bags to periodically collect the gas released from the core so that (1) the volume of released gas can be measured at a later date using more convenient and precise laboratory methods, (2) the gas can be readily transported and stored, and (3) the gas can be easily submitted for analysis.

    摘要: An apparatus for performing dissolved gas analysis on electrical insulating oil. The apparatus is connectable to a first oil source and a second oil source and has a respective sample cell for each source, an analysis cell and a gas analyser. Each sample cell is selectably connectable to said analysis cell to allow fluid communication therebetween, while the other sample cell is isolated from the analysis chamber. The apparatus allows dissolved gas analysis to be performed on samples from more than one source while minimizing the effects of cross-contamination between samples.

    摘要: A system that allows an operator to determine the true vapor pressure of a liquid composition from the bubble-point pressure for a given temperature at which the lightest component starts to flash includes a heated chamber with a retractable plunger. A sample of the liquid to be tested is trapped in a chamber at a pressure above the bubble-point pressure. A plunger inserted into the chamber gradually reduces the chamber internal pressure by retracting the plunger out of the chamber at a uniform (synchronous) speed from the start to the resting plunger rod position. The chamber pressure is recorded at each pressure increment reduction. The bubble point-pressure is determined from the point of inflection in the pressure decline curve.
