摘要: The safety systems for commercial blasting operations include wireless transmitter system(s) configured to send command signals wirelessly to wireless devices that are configured for wireless electronic blasting (web). The system also includes disable antenna(s) that define deactivation zone(s): vehicle/personnel presence detector system(s) including detectors that define detection zone(s), and/or RFID scanner system(s) with reader antennas that defined scanner zone(s); and a safety control system in electronic communication with the wireless transmitter system(s), and the vehicle/personnel presence detector systems and/or the RFID scanner systems, wherein the safety control system is configured to control the wireless transmitter systems to send wireless disable command(s) to disable the wireless devices that are within the deactivation zones, and/or to control alarm system(s) to generate alarms, in response to a vehicle/person being detected in the detection zones and/or a wireless device being detected in the scanner zones.

The device includes an electromagnetic wave reception unit configured to receive an electromagnetic wave transmitted from a detonator in a blast hole, a coordinate derivation unit configured to detect the received electromagnetic wave and derive the electromagnetic wave as coordinates, a blast hole location determination unit configured to determine a location of the blast hole on the basis of a flickering pattern of the electromagnetic wave derived as the coordinates, and a detonator ID acquisition unit configured to acquire an ID of the detonator in the corresponding blast hole on the basis of the determined location of the blast hole.

摘要: Ethernet systems, methods and blasting machines are presented for remote turn on of the blasting machine and reliable fire and arm commands issuance. Systems, methods, blasting machines and wireless bridge units are presented for wireless blasting for safe firing of detonators under control of a remote wireless master controller in which the blasting machine is connected by cabling to the wireless bridge unit and power to a firing circuit of the blasting machine is remotely controlled via the bridge unit. The bridge unit or Ethernet primary controller selectively provides first and second firing messages to the blasting machine contingent upon acknowledgment of safe receipt of the first firing message by the blasting machine, and the blasting machine fires the connected detonators only if the first and second firing messages are correctly received from the bridge unit.

摘要: An apparatus and method for designing a blasting sequence for a drilling pattern of a round. 摘要: The present disclosure describes an electronic ignition circuit (“EIC”) for controlling at least one detonator. The EIC may include a protection circuit, an input circuit coupled to the protection circuit, a logic circuit electrically coupled to the input circuit, and an ignition circuit electrically coupled to the logic circuit. The protection circuit may include at least one of a fuse, a circuit breaker and an automatic switch. The logic circuit may include an answer back circuit, and a switching circuit adapted to switch to the next detonator or igniter. The ignition circuit may include a capacitor charging circuit, a capacitor discharge circuit to discharge a firing capacitor through a fuse head, and a shot detection circuit adapted to measure a voltage across the firing capacitor before discharging through the fuse head and to measure a voltage after discharging through the fuse head.
