Abstract: A dispenser includes a body that defines a chamber and a barrel that communicate with each other, and a penetrator assembly configured to be received in the chamber. Abstract: A setting tool fora downhole tool includes a setting housing, a setting assembly, and an integrated igniter. The setting housing has a passage therethrough. The setting assembly is positioned in the passage, and includes a drive portion and a deployment portion. The drive portion has an elongate body with a propellant chamber. The deployment portion has an opening defining a drive cavity shaped to slidingly receive an end of the drive portion. The deployment portion includes a deployment end connectable to the downhole component. The integrated igniter is positioned in the propellant chamber, and includes an integrator housing, an internal propellant, and a switch assembly connected to the internal propellant. Upon triggering the switch, the internal propellant is ignited to release an ignition fluid under ignition pressure to move the deployment portion and the downhole component connected thereto to an activated position.

Abstract: A perforating gun includes a charge tube, a switch carrier body, and a pin contact spacer. The switch carrier body houses an addressable switch, a spring tube which holds a spring, a detonation block, a removable interrupter, and a pin contact spacer supporting a pin contact assembly. The spring biases a switch contact terminal towards an outer surface of the switch carrier body, and the switch contact terminal is electrically connected to the addressable switch. The interrupter includes first and second portions, and is temporarily adhered to the switch carrier body such that the first portion covers the switch contact terminal and the second portion extends between a detonation cord and an instantaneous detonator in the detonation block. A first end of the charge tube is positioned around the switch carrier body, and a second end of the charge tube is secured to the pin contact space.

Abstract: A detonator positioning device for use with a detonator in a perforating gun assembly is described. The detonator positioning device may be configured for electrically contactably forming an electrical connection within the perforating gun housing by contact. The detonator positioning device may include a body having a first end, a second end, and a central bore extending between the first and second ends. The central bore may be adapted for receiving one or more electrically contactable components of a detonator. The detonator positioning device can align at least one of the one or more electrically contactable components to form an electrical connection with a bulkhead assembly.
