    摘要: A spiral fin heat exchanger with a new fixed manner includes a bended fin tube comprising a inner tube on which fins are provided, and several fixing members are provided on the fin tube, the fixing member includes an upper bracket and a lower bracket, and the upper bracket comprises a cover plate and a vertical plate, the upper bracket is fixedly connected with the lower bracket, and the fins on the fin tube are caught between the cover plate and the lower bracket, a positioning groove is provided on the vertical plate, and the inner tube of the fin tube is caught in the positioning groove. The spiral fin heat exchanger can fix the fins and the inner tube of the fin tube simultaneously through the upper and lower brackets of the fixing member, thereby achieving the effect of dual fixation, such that the fin tube can be fixed more firmly and is not easy to loosen, which can in turn reduce the noise of spiral fin heat exchanger effectively.

    摘要: A tubesheet for supporting closely spaced heat exchange tubes includes a plurality of sleeves or similar tubular members, through which the heat exchange tubes pass, disposed within a frame such that the longitudinal axes of all the tubular members are parallel. Preferably, each tubular member is welded or otherwise attached to the tubular member adjoining it. The frame is comprised of flanges that are normally welded or otherwise attached to the tubular members that adjoin them. The resultant tubesheet is stronger than conventional tubesheets having the same length of bridge wall separating the tube openings and therefore may be used to obtain a smaller than normal spacing between the tubes.

    摘要: A heat transfer pipe support structure has a heat transfer pipe support plate with through-holes formed therein, heat transfer pipes inserted through the through-holes, and a vibration-damping support plate joined to the heat transfer pipe support plate. An edge of the vibration-damping support plate is joined to the heat transfer pipe support plate so that the heat transfer pipes are held between the edges of the through-holes and the vibration-damping support plate. As a result, the clearance between the edges of the through-holes and the heat transfer pipes is reduced, enabling vibration of the heat transfer pipes to be reduced. This results in a reduction of sliding movement of the heat transfer pipes with respect to the edges of the through-holes, and thereby, wear of the heat transfer pipes is reduced.
