    摘要: A tankless water heater carrier having a pair of load supporting brackets, a slot formed through each load supporting bracket, and a pair of rigidity rails extending longitudinally along each side of each load supporting brackets. The tankless water heater carrier has a pair of side brackets connected between the pair of load supporting brackets, a pair of sliding brackets moveably mounted onto each load supporting bracket, and a plurality of removable threaded rough in guides positioned in the alignment holes of each sliding bracket and through the slots of the load supporting brackets. The tankless water heater carrier includes fasteners usable to connect the side brackets to the load supporting brackets and to connect the sliding brackets to the load supporting brackets creating a theft resistant tankless water heater that is versatile for all sizes.

    摘要: A heating block for use in a water heater for heating water, having a heating block body, in particular made of plastic, for forming a cavity for conducting the water and for receiving at least one heating element. The heating block body includes a first partial shell having a first sub-cavity and a second partial shell having a second sub-cavity. The first and the second partial shells are assembled in a joining region and form between them the cavity from the two sub-cavities. The joining region is not formed, at least partially, in a joining plane and/or the first and the second partial shells are welded together by the supply of heat via a medium, in particular, an essentially abrasion-free and/or vibration-free welding process, and/or the first partial cavity has a greater depth than the second partial cavity or vice versa.

The resistance coil further defines a continuously variable pitch extending along a length of the resistance coil from the first zone to the second end portion. The continuously variable pitch provides a variable watt density such that a predetermined temperature profile is provided along the sheath.

    摘要: An electro-thermal heating system comprising a substantially hollow housing having detachable upper and lower plates for covering and sealing top and bottom surfaces of the housing. The housing has an inlet and an outlet for a flow of coolant to enter into and leave the housing, and has openings defined therein, for insertion of electric heating elements therein to project into the housing and be in direct contact with the coolant to heat it. The inlet and the outlet can be interconnected with piping to form a closed fluid flow circuit. The housing is substantially circular, to circulate flow of the coolant in a circular manner within the housing, and a diameter of the inlet is greater than a diameter of the outlet, to keep coolant in the housing longer to heat it. A pump and a power source can be interconnected to the system to circulate the coolant in the closed fluid flow circuit.
