    摘要: It is disclosed a two-section type waste incinerator, wherein secondary air supplying holes (27e) are provided on a front arch and a back arch of an incinerator body (27), and an ignition combustion-supporting hole (27f) is provided on the back arch of the incinerator body. Grate inside the incinerator body (27) is divided into two sections from a high point to a low point, i.e., an upper section and a lower section, the upper section is a pusher type section (6) and the lower section is a reverse pusher type section (7), and an independent primary air chamber (26) is provided under each section. All heads of the grate-pieces (3, 5) on the pusher type section (6) face toward a low point of the grate, and all heads of the grate-pieces (3, 5) on the reverse pusher type section (7) face toward a high point of the grate. Each movable beam (4) on the same section of the grate is equipped with left and right levers (24, 25) disposed side by side, the left and right levers (24, 25) are supported by a supporting roller device respectively and are connected to the movable beam (4) to form a lever frame, and an end of the lever frame is connected to a front swing arm driving mechanism or a lateral swing arm driving mechanism or a front straight driving mechanism. The incinerator of the present invention can realize sufficient dryness, complete combustion and burnout of the whole waste layer, and ensure the desired waste incineration effect and ignition loss.

    摘要: An apparatus for the combustion of organic waste such as poultry litter/manure, cow manure and swine manure, and/or human waste, and/or biomass using a moving grate over a stationary perforated plate to convert organic waste into usable energy. The unprocessed fuel is fed into the combustion chamber through a feed hopper by a moving grate being continuously pulled over a stationary perforated plate. The raw fuel is metered using a guillotine gate apparatus to control the depth of the fuel bed on the moving grate. Temperature controlled combustion air is directed under the stationary perforated plate (under fire air) into discreet controllable under fire air zones to initiate and drive the combustion process. The stationary plate is sectioned to match the discreet under fire air zones with holes and/or slots (perforations) shaped and sized for proper under fire air distribution and pressure drop through the plate. The under fire air is forced through the stationary perforated plate up through the moving grate into the moving bed of fuel. Additional temperature controlled combustion air is directed above the fuel bed to the over fire air nozzles positioned at strategic locations in the combustion chamber for complete combustion and emission control. The moving grate continues to pull the combusted fuel (ash) out of the combustion chamber and deposits it into an ash collection chamber equipped with automatic ash removal system. A conventional heat recovery unit (i.e. boiler, air heater or similar) placed over the combustion chamber converts the heat from the combustion process into a usable product. A boiler produces steam for process purposes and/or to generate electricity.

    摘要: The present invention provides a tunnel type garbage incinerator, which is characterized that the garbages are first classified into combustible and incombustible materials, then the combustible materials are loaded on a bogie and fed into the incinerating tunnel for incineration, the fore section of the incinerating tunnel is used for drying combustible materials, the middle section of the incinerating tunnel is used for the bleast incineration of the combustible material, the aft section of the incinerating tunnel is used for the cooling and output port of the incinerated materials or ashes. In which, the incinerating tunnel is furnished with blowers, flame igniting device, smoke processing device, and through proper arrangement of the components, the garbages can be completely combusted with minimal fuel oil consumption, furthermore, since the smoke is filtered before it is expelled, it does not produce air pollution.

    摘要: A refuse fuel burning boiler system incorporating a unique tuyere construction wherein the tuyere plates associated with the conveyor-like stoker grate are hingedly mounted to permit the passage of any hard deposits of metal or glass contaminates which form upon the grate during incineration of the refuse fuel. The tuyere plates and support structure are designed for relatively easy retrofit into an existing conventionally designed refuse burning boiler or be incorporated into a new boiler construction. Vertical pivoting of the tuyere plates is limited by hold-down members installed between adjacent plates. These members further function to fix the lateral position of each plate and form the top of an enclosure over the recess in the support wall in which the plates are pivotally mounted.

The grate may be basically horizontal, or it may have a general cascade-like tilt either forwards or rearwards. In one embodiment, the supports are seen each having a grate mat contact member which pivots during extension and retraction in order to further alter the shape of the grate mat intervening two adjacent supports.

    摘要: A method for processing of sewage sludge from wastewater treating plants and the initial activation and regeneration of activated carbon granules or powder used for adsorption in wastewater treatment and the like. The method is carried out by supporting the combustible material in an enclosure, directing infrared radiation on the material, and controlling the atmosphere in the enclosure around the material for purposes of controlling the oxidation process initiated by the heat from the infrared radiation. In a more specific form the method includes a step of counterflowing combustion gases over the combustible material to supplement the infrared heat. The combustion chamber of the enclosure is operated at a slight vacuum to minimize escape of noxious odors. In practicing the method with sewage sludge, the sludge is first pre-dried and fragmented before introducing it into the enclosure. In the enclosure the sludge is burned by the combined heat of the infrared and counterflowing combustion gases to incinerate all combustible material in the sludge. When applied to carbon particles, the method comprises the burning of bonding agents and other foreign matter present in the carbon when the carbon is initially activated, and when the method is applied to regeneration or reactivation of the carbon, the contaminants on and within the carbon resulting from the adsorption process are burned from the carbon with the atmosphere controlled to prevent oxidation of the carbon itself.
