    摘要: In a premixing apparatus that mixes a fuel gas with air, supplies an air-fuel mixture to a burner through a fan, and carries out a control that regulates an opening degree of a variable throttle valve, which is interposed in a gas supply passage, so that an excess air ratio of an air-fuel mixture becomes an appropriate value, in a case where a detected excess air ratio deviates to one side, e.g., a large side, from an acceptable range, a motor is repeatedly caused to rotate by a unit-angle in an opening-degree increasing direction until the detected excess air ratio becomes an appropriate value. In a case where the detected air ratio deviates to the other side, e.g., a small side, from the acceptable range, the motor is caused to rotate, at a high speed in an opening-degree decreasing direction, till a first position that is anticipated that the excess air ratio will become a value that deviates by a fixed quantity from the acceptable range to a large side, thereafter, the motor is caused to rotate, at the high speed in an opening-degree increasing direction, till a second position that is a short of a target position, and subsequently, the motor is caused to rotate by the unit-angle in the opening-increasing direction.

    摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a combustion device for improving a turndown ratio, which is capable of stably implementing a combusted state in a low-output load region by improving a turndown ratio of a burner. To this end, the present invention provides the combustion device having a premixing chamber (300) which is connected to an air supply tube (100) and a gas supply tube (200), and which has a space for premixing air and gas provided therein, wherein the space for premixing the air and gas supplied from the air supply tube (100) and the gas supply tube (200) is divided into multiple stages of a venturi structure in the premixing chamber (300), and the discharging direction of the gas discharged inside the premixing chamber (300) through the gas supply tube (200) is formed in parallel to the flow direction of the gas supplied inside the premixing chamber (300) through the air supply tube (100).

For example, a method for regulating a burner device may include: requesting a flow of a fluid through a feed duct; assigning the requested flow to a setting of a first actuator; transmitting a first signal to set the first actuator; generating a mass flow signal representing an actual flow through the side duct; correlating the second signal to an actual value of the flow through the side duct; correlating the requested flow through the feed duct to a required flow through the side duct; generating a regulation signal with the regulator for the second actuator as a function of the actual value of the flow through the side duct and the requested value of the flow through the side duct; and transmitting the generated regulation signal to the second actuator.

    摘要: A turn down ratio (TDR) damper which controls an amount of gas and air flowing in the TDR damper and deliver the controlled gas and air to a turbo fan is disclosed. The TDR damper includes: air passages comprising a first air passage and a second air passage, the first air passage and the second air passage separately formed so that the air move through each path; gas passages comprising a first gas passage and a second gas passage, the first gas passage and the second gas passage separately formed so that the gas move through each path; and opening and closing means for opening and closing the second air passage and the second gas passage at the same time. The air passages and the gas passages may be separately formed and reached outlets connected to the turbo fan so that the air and gas may be delivered to the turbo fan through a separate path.

    摘要: A selector valve and shutter mechanism for use with a gas burner unit is disclosed. The valve includes a pilot gas manifold which is in communication with two pilot flames and associated ODS for two different kinds of gas fuel. The shutter mechanism opens or closes an opening to a burner mixing chamber to thereby adjust the flow of air into the mixing chamber depending on the fuel selected, and preferably is in the form of a sleeve that in one approach is rotatably mounted on a part of the burner mixing chamber, with a part of the sleeve covering the mixing chamber opening in one orientation and opening it to airflow in another orientation. A first gear is mounted on the sleeve which is engageable with a second gear mounted on part of the valve which is rotatable to one position or another depending on the gas fuel selected, the sleeve thereby adjusting the airflow to the mixing chamber in response to the valve position. In another approach, the cover moves linearly along the burner tube between orientations. A novel selector mechanism having a manifold for gas flows and a plate-like element to adjust the manifold is also disclosed.

    摘要: A modulating burner system includes a speed control responsive to inputs received from a thermostat. The speed control modulating a blower which provides combustion air and a vacuum proportional to the speed of the blower. The modulating burner system further includes a gas amplifying valve in communication with the vacuum via a vacuum conduit. The gas amplifying valve providing modulated combustion gas responsive to the vacuum; wherein modulated combustion air and gas communicated to a burner for continuously variable firing rates of 50 to 100% of the maximum firing rate. The modulating burner system further includes control circuit dampers for smoothing out vacuum spikes and fluctuations.
