    摘要: A shift rocker for use in a gear shift mechanism, includes a bracket of forked configuration, with the bracket having spaced-apart sidewalls in parallel relation for axially displacing a shift sleeve, and an arched cross member interconnecting the sidewalls. Connected to the cross member of the bracket for introduction of force is a rail which includes, directly or indirectly, a shift slot for engagement of a shift finger in fixed rotative engagement with a shift shaft, a latch contour for a separate stationary shift latching means, and a receiving member for engagement of a locking lever of a locking unit to inhibit a shifting movement of the shift rocker when the shift rocker is inactive.

    摘要: The gear selector fork comprises a body forming a pair of support plates having respective coaxial through-holes for supporting the fork slidably along a stationary rod of the gearbox, a pair of prongs fixed to the body and forming at their distal ends respective actuating portions able to operate a sliding coupling sleeve of the gearbox, and an actuating nose fixed to the body so as to impart to the fork the sliding movement along the stationary rod for engagement of the desired gear. The body and the prongs are formed so as to allow two forks with identical body and prongs to be mounted on the same stationary rod being superimposed at least partially in the direction of sliding along the stationary rod. The prongs are welded to one of the support plates of the body and extend on the same side as the zone where they are welded to the body, relative to the axis of the through-holes.

    摘要: A selector fork arrangement for a manual transmission in a motor vehicle is suggested that largely comprises a fork body (1) and carrying element (2,3) that connect the fork body (1) to the control rod (9). Fork body (1) and carrying elements (2, 3) are cut entirely from flat metal and are riveted to one another by means of rivet projections (7, 8, 15), which are themselves formed from the flat metal, and complementary rivet openings in the carrying elements (2, 3). This selector fork arrangement satisfies all requirements in terms of strength and functionality, can be produced and assembled in a simple manner, and does not require any adjustment or finishing processes after assembly and prior to installation in the manual transmission.

    摘要: The gear fork comprises a support portion arranged to be guided along a stationary rod of the gearbox, a pair of prongs which extend from the support portion and form at their distal ends respective finger-like portions adapted to act on a sliding coupling sleeve of the gearbox, and an actuating nose by means of which a sliding movement along the stationary rod for the engagement of the desired gear can be imparted to the fork. The support portion and the prongs can be integrally formed by a single sheet metal body obtained by blanking and bending or formed as two separate sheet metal pieces, each obtained by blanking and bending. The support portion is shaped and arranged with respect to the prongs so as to allow two forks having identical bodies to be mounted on the same stationary rod so as to at least partially overlap in the sliding direction along the rod.
