摘要: The present disclosure discloses an apparatus (100) for eliminating slack and vibrations of the chain (400) comprising a piston-cylinder arrangement. A first piston (10) is configured to be displaced inside the cylinder (20) of the piston-cylinder arrangement and a second piston (30) is configured to be displaced inside a cavity (40) defined inside the first piston (10) with the axis of the cavity (40) being coaxial with the axis (A) of the cylinder. A lubricating oil passage (50) defined to pass through the first piston (10), the second piston (30) and the cylinder (20) of the piston cylinder arrangement. The apparatus facilitates reduction in vibrations, slack elimination and automatic lubrication of the chain drive.

摘要: A hydraulic tensioner having a piston sliding around an outside surface of a pin or rod, so that the high pressure chamber for chain control is created by the area between the piston internal diameter and the rod outside diameter. A spring around the outside of the rod presses against the bottom of the piston, biasing the piston outward during low oil pressure conditions. Preferably, the piston is steel and the rod is aluminum, the reverse of prior art designs, which means that as temperature increases, the piston to bore clearance reduces. This can offset the oil viscosity reduction and maintain the same performance over operating temperatures.

A relief valve unit includes a cap member that fits with a seat member to retain a stopper member inside the seat member. An external relief hole, which causes a relief-side space in a plunger hole to communicate with the outside of a plunger, opens radially in an outer circumferential surface of the plunger.

摘要: A traction tensioning device which has one or more upper chain assemblies driven by an upper sprocket pulley and one or more lower chain assemblies driven by a lower sprocket pulley. Each of the upper and lower chain assemblies has a plurality of pads mounted to the chain assemblies. The upper chain assembly is mounted to a movable platen. The lower chain assembly is mounted to a fixed platen. The upper chain assembly and the movable platen are raised and lowered with respect to the lower chain assembly thereby creating a tension on a strip of material passing between the upper and lower chain assemblies.

摘要: A tensioner for tensioning a chain or belt span which uses two pistons. The movement of the two pistons may be coupled together. The first piston provides damping to the chain span and a second piston provides variable, dominant and automatically adjusting spring force to the chain span. The tensioner automatically adjusts the mean tension force to keep the chain or belt tension as low as possible without sacrificing chain or belt control, significantly improving drive efficiency at new chain or belt conditions and conditions with dynamic loads.

摘要: A drive system for an agricultural work machine having a primary drive system configured to drive a performance system for performing a crop preparation or handling operation including a fluid motor, a fluid pump and a tensioner system. The fluid motor is configured to produce a drive force and to be driven by a flow of fluid moving through the motor. The fluid pump is operatively connected to the fluid motor and is configured to drive the fluid motor. The tensioner system is operatively connected to the fluid motor and to the fluid pump, wherein the direction of fluid flow through the fluid motor adjusts the application of at least one force applied to a belt in the drive system. The fluid motor is configured to adjust the force applied to the belt by regulating a belt tension in proportion to a torque provided by the fluid motor.

摘要: A variable force tensioning assembly creates and maintains a tension force on an endless loop used to transmit power. The variable force tensioning assembly includes a body having a cylinder defining a cylinder inner diameter. An outer piston is disposed substantially within the cylinder and slidable therewithin. The outer piston includes an outer piston tube and a chamber divider extending through the outer piston tube. The outer piston and the body define a low rate portion. An inner piston is disposed at least partially within the outer piston tube and is slidable therewithin. The inner piston defines a high rate portion and acts with the outer piston against the body to create a variable force to push against the endless loop to maintain a constant tension in the endless loop.

The transport securing element (4) is provided with a support portion (5), wherein in the transport position at least one first web area (6) of the support portion (5) is in abutment with one end face (7) of the piston (3), and an additional web area (8) of the support portion (5) extending in an axial direction away from the first web area (6) is supported in the housing (2), at least in a radial direction.
