摘要： A bearing unit may be provided with at least one row of rolling bodies and at least one cage for retaining the rolling bodies. The at least one rolling cage may include a base rib; a plurality of fingers spaced circumferentially and extending at least from one side of the base rib; and a plurality of partially spherical cavities for holding the rolling bodies, each cavity being defined by the partially spherical concave surfaces of a pair of fingers of the plurality of fingers and of the base rib. The rolling bodies and the cages are in contact with each other via a plurality of protrusions formed on the partially spherical concave surfaces of the fingers and of the base rib. At least one lateral protrusion may be formed along the surface of each finger of the plurality of fingers of the retaining cage.

The protruding portion includes a spreading portion extending from the top portion in an elongating direction, the elongating direction conforming to a path of the rolling element formed on the rolling surface, the spreading portion tapering to a sharp end form with an increasing distance from the top portion in the elongating direction.

摘要： There is provided a ball bearing having a cage and balls held in the cage, the balls arranged one behind the other at a distance from one another in a circumferential direction about an axis of rotation of the ball bearing. The cage assembled from at least two cage parts joined to one another in a bonded manner and completely enclose the balls in a circumferential surface extending around the axis of rotation. A first cage part designed as a snap cage having axial webs projecting in the direction of the axis of rotation from a closed base ring and form ball pockets therebetween them, the first cage part encloses the balls along their outer circumference by more than 180°, holds the balls positively while forming an undercut and limits displacement of the balls within the circumferential surface in the direction of the at least one other second cage part.

摘要： A plastic bearing for a steering column includes a housing, an inner race, and a middle race. A retainer and balls are arranged between the middle race and the inner race. An accommodating cavity is formed in the housing; the middle race is arranged in the accommodating cavity. Guide protrusions are arranged on an inner wall of the accommodating cavity. Two positioning protrusions are arranged on an outer wall of the middle race, and an insertion groove is formed between the two positioning protrusions. The guide protrusion is matched with the insertion groove. Buckles are arranged on the inner wall of the accommodating cavity. Clamping blocks are arranged on the outer wall of the middle race, and the clamping blocks are clamped in the buckles. The overall structure of the plastic bearing for a steering column is more compact and simple and can be easily and conveniently assembled.

摘要： A deep groove ball bearing includes balls disposed between the raceway groove of the outer race and the raceway groove of the inner race, and retained by a first split retainer and a second split retainer inserted in the first split retainer. While the first and second split retainers are rotating, a pump effect is generated due to a difference in peripheral speed between the retainers resulting from the difference in diameter between the retainers. By the pump effect, lubricating oil is pulled into the bearing, and flows out of the bearing from the other axial side of the first split retainer. The first split retainer includes a flange at the other axial side thereof to prevent an excessive amount of lubricating oil from flowing out of the bearing.

Each of the separator-seals closes one side of the annular space between the bearing races and includes a tubular separator with ball pockets which snap receive the bearing balls.
