    摘要: The invention relates to a swashplate pivot bearing (10) in an adjustment unit of a hydraulic axial piston machine (1) with a timing/tracking mechanism (20) for the cage (14) of a roller bearing arrangement (11). The timing/tracking mechanism (20) is in this case distributed to the two end regions (16, 17, 18) of the roller bearing arrangement (11) in such a way that one part is active only during the pivoting of the swashplate (7) in one direction and the other part is active only during pivoting in the other direction. The timing/tracking mechanism (20) is preferably designed in the manner of a slotted-link control with guide tracks (24, 25, 26) and with a guide element (27, 28).

    摘要: A seal-bearing assembly to be inserted into the seal cavity of a mechanical device to provide a seal and a bearing surface to eliminate whip in a rotating and/or reciprocal cylindrical member. The seal-bearing assembly is particularly well suited for use in a reciprocal pump and between the steam lance and fixed steam tube in a sootblower. The assembly includes at least a pair of outer substantially rigid cylindrical bearings having an inner bore to be positioned over the cylindrical member and at least one complimentary flexible textile packing ring disposed between the two outer bearing members. In assemblies including an additional bearing, it is surrounded by at least one flexible packing on each side. The inner bore of the bearing members provide a bearing surface for eliminating whip of the moving elements in the device.

    摘要: Embodiments of the invention prevent trouble caused by an increase in viscosity of grease generated when a ball bearing operates at a low temperature, and fretting that an inner ring and/or an outer ring comes in contact with balls to produce wear when vibration is applied thereto. In one embodiment, a ball bearing is configured such that a plurality of balls are arranged between an outer ring and an inner ring. Grease is filled between the balls, the inner ring and the outer ring. A holder is provided with a spring plate, and an extreme end thereof is always in contact with the balls. The spring plate is formed of a sufficiently softer material than the balls so as not to damage the balls. The mounted direction is one along the direction in which the balls are desired to be rotated. Appropriate spring pressurization can be applied to the balls at an angle defined by the holder and the spring plate in the root at which the holder is attached to the spring plate.

    摘要: A steering knuckle assembly is provided that includes an axle beam having an end with spaced apart first and second surfaces and a hole extending therebetween. A knuckle includes spaced apart first and second cavities that have first and second bores respectively adjacent to the first and second surfaces. A pin assembly is disposed in the hole. That pin assembly includes first and second ends, one of which may be a knot and the other, which may be a head. The ends are disposed within the cavities to secure the knuckle to the axle beam end. First and second bearing assemblies are disposed within first and second bores and about the pin. The bearing assemblies engage the surfaces when the nut is tightened on the pin body to produce a compressive force urging the bearing assemblies into engagement with the surfaces of the axle beam. The present invention also utilizes lubed for life bearings containing seals that retain lubricant within the bearing assembly such that these zerk fittings on the cap may be eliminated.
