    摘要: Disclosed herein is a high-pressure scroll compressor, in response to a discharged refrigerant flowing into a back pressure chamber, capable of directly discharging the refrigerant to a space inside a main body, and capable of maintaining an intermediate pressure of the back pressure chamber to be less than a discharge pressure of the refrigerant by separately providing a discharge flow path in the back pressure chamber.
    The high-pressure scroll compressor comprises a main body, a fixed scroll fixed inside the main body, an orbiting scroll engaged with the fixed scroll to perform a relative orbiting motion, and forming a compression chamber with the fixed scroll, a main frame located under the orbiting scroll and including a back pressure chamber filled with an intermediate-pressure refrigerant, a back pressure hole provided in the orbiting scroll and provided to allow the compression chamber to communicate with the back pressure chamber, a bypass portion configured to selectively bypass the refrigerant of the compression chamber to a space inside the main body, and a back pressure chamber discharge portion configured to selectively discharge the refrigerant of the back pressure chamber to the space inside the main body.

    摘要: A shunt pulsation trap for a scroll compressor reduces gas pulsations, NVH and improves off-design efficiency. Generally, a scroll compressor with the shunt pulsation trap has a pair of orbiting and stationary scrolls for forming a compression chamber that moves gas pockets from a suction port to a discharge port with internal compression. The shunt pulsation trap is configured to trap and attenuate as pulsations before the discharge port and comprises a pulsation trap chamber adjacent to the compression chamber, therein housed various gas pulsation dampening means or gas pulsation containment means, at least one trap inlet port branching off from the compression chamber into the pulsation trap chamber and a trap outlet port communicating with the compressor discharge chamber after the discharge port.

    摘要: A compressor may include first and second scrolls, a hub plate and a valve. The first scroll may include an end plate defining first and second sides, a primary discharge passage extending therethrough, and a secondary discharge passage extending therethrough and located radially outward from the primary discharge passage. The hub plate may be mounted to the first scroll and may include first and second opposite sides and a hub discharge passage in fluid communication with the primary discharge passage. The first side of the hub plate may face the second side of the end plate and may include a valve guide extending axially toward the end plate adjacent the hub discharge passage. The valve member may be secured on the valve guide for axial movement between open and closed positions to respectively allow and restrict fluid communication between the secondary discharge passage and the hub discharge passage.

    摘要: A scroll-type compressor for a CO2 vehicle air conditioning system, having a mechanical drive which is connected by a drive shaft to an eccentric bearing. A movable displacement spiral is rotatably connected to the eccentric bearing and engages into a counterpart spiral such that, between the displacement spiral and the counterpart spiral, radially inwardly traveling chambers are formed in order to compress the refrigerant and discharge it into a pressure chamber. Wherein the counterpart spiral is movable in alternating fashion relative to the displacement spiral in an axial direction, wherein, between the counterpart spiral and the displacement spiral, there is arranged at least one spring for exerting an axial release force on the counterpart spiral, and at least one piston engages on the counterpart spiral, in order to exert an axial closing force on the latter, adjacent to the pressure chamber in an off-center position.
