    摘要: A rotary pump device includes a stator chamber with a cylindrical inner wall having intake and exhaust ports and an abutment mounted therein, and a rotor eccentrically mounted on an axial driven shaft for rotation within the chamber. The rotor keeps continuous wiping contact with the chamber wall while repelling magnets exert pressure on an abutment which maintains contact with the rotor to partition the intake and outlet ports. The repelling magnets act as a spring to assure contact of the abutment on the rotor while the pump is running or on standby. The repelling is caused by locating magnets positioned with similar facing poles in a pocket positioned against an abutment. A full intake/exhaust cycle takes place every 360° of rotor travel.

The compressor which compresses and discharges refrigerant includes a casing defining an external appearance thereof, at least one cylinder including an inner space, a rolling piston which eccentrically turns in the inner space, a vane which radially abuts the rolling piston and divides the inner space into a suction chamber and a compression chamber, and a vane chamber recessed outward of the inner space such that the vane advances and retreats, a plurality of plates disposed above and below the at least one cylinder so as to define the inner space, an injection line provided in one of the at least one cylinder and the plural plates, and a check valve installed on the injection line.

    摘要: A fluid pump comprises a chamber the interior of which has parallel opposed walls and a peripheral wall, a rotor eccentrically mounted within the chamber and having two opposed faces engaging with the parallel opposed walls of the chamber and a peripheral surface a part of which slidably engages the peripheral wall of the chamber as the rotor rotates. The chamber is provided with inlet and outlet ports between which a vane is reciprocally mounted in the peripheral wall of the chamber, and the vane has a spring urging it into engagement with the periphery of the rotor and projects into an enclosed space which is formed outside the chamber and which is placed into direct communication with the outlet port of the fluid pump by a passage. The rotor is formed with an axial open-ended slot which extends inwardly from an edge of the rotor between the part of the rotor which engages the peripheral wall of the chamber and the axis of rotation of the rotor.

    摘要: A rotary fluid handling device, such as a hydraulic pump, comprising a housing defining a cylindrical chamber, a shaft journalled in the housing and coaxial with the chamber, a cylindrical cam eccentrically mounted on said shaft within the chamber, a cylindrical sleeve rotatably surrounding said cam, the chamber space around said sleeve being divided into a plurality of similar compartments by radial blades or partition members slidable in slots of the housing and urged against the sleeve. Rotation of the cam produces cyclic decrease and increase of the volume of the compartments in succession to provide for the pumping effect in the case of a pump. Each compartment has its own inlet and outlet port. Each outlet port has a check valve. The inlet ports are arranged along a circle coaxial with the shaft. A valve member is keyed on the shaft and provides an inlet port closing surface extending through half a circle to therefore close half the inlet ports at the same time and to successively open the inlet ports with rotation of the shaft. The pump can be easily converted into a hydraulic motor. Means are provided to angularly shift the valve member for the inlet ports with respect to the top dead center position of the cam, in order to retard or advance the admission of fluid into the compartments, resulting in a variable flow pump or motor. A new centrifugal type governor system, in the form of a pump acting as a turbine, produces increase of the fluid pressure in a cylinder which acts on the piston to move the same axially of the shaft, to thereby produce angular shifting of the valve member with respect to the shaft. The hydraulic type governor system can be applied to other uses.
