Compression element (103) includes crankshaft (110) including main shaft (115), eccentric shaft (114), and flange (116), cylinder block (111) having cylinder bore (123) passing through cylinder block (111) in a cylindrical shape, and piston (112) configured to reciprocate in cylinder bore (123). Compression element (103) also includes connecting rod (113) connecting piston (112) and eccentric shaft (114) and bearing (124) formed on cylinder block (111) for pivotally supporting a radial load that acts on main shaft (115) of crankshaft (110). Crankshaft (110) further includes communicating oil supply passage (118) provided in flange (116), main shaft oil supply passage (119) configured for communication between communicating oil supply passage (118) and cylindrical surface (115a) of main shaft (115), and eccentric shaft oil supply passage (120) configured for communication between communicating oil supply passage (118) and cylindrical surface (114a) of eccentric shaft (114).

    摘要: A compressor includes a casing, a motor fixed to the casing, a vertically extending drive shaft coupled to the motor, and a compression mechanism driven by the drive shaft to compress a fluid. A shaft-inside oil supply path is provided in the drive shaft. Oil at a bottom of the casing is supplied through the shaft-inside oil supply path to a sliding portion of the drive shaft above the motor. The compressor includes a shaft-inside oil discharge path provided in the drive shaft, and an oil discharge coupled to a lower end of the drive shaft. The shaft-inside oil discharge path extends from an upper portion to a lower portion of the motor. The oil discharge pump discharges the oil that has been supplied to the sliding portion of the drive shaft to the bottom of the casing through the shaft-inside oil discharge path.

    摘要: A compressor includes a rotary shaft, a cam, a cylinder block, pistons, a thrust bearing, a rotary valve, and an oil passage. The rotary shaft has an in-shaft passage formed therein. The in-shaft passage has an outlet open to the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft. The cam rotates integrally with the rotary shaft. The pistons are coupled to the rotary shaft through the cam. The thrust bearing is provided between the cam and the cylinder block. The thrust bearing includes a first race in contact with the cam, a second race in contact with the cylinder block, and rolling elements retained between the first and second races to form a gap therebetween. The oil passage is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft so as to extend from the gap to the outlet of the in-shaft passage.
