    摘要: A first target module determines a first target output pressure of an engine oil pump based on a speed of the engine oil pump and an oil temperature. A second target module, based on a runtime period of an engine, sets a second target output pressure of the engine oil pump to one of greater than and equal to the first target output pressure. A third target module, based on an engine load, sets a third target output pressure of the engine oil pump to one of greater than and equal to the first target output pressure. A selection module selects one of the second and third target output pressures, sets a selected target output pressure based on the selected one of the second and third target output pressures, and controls displacement of the engine oil pump based on the selected target output pressure.

    摘要: A method for operating an oil circuit for a vehicle, the oil circuit being configured to supply oil to an internal combustion engine, wherein the oil circuit includes an oil cooler, and wherein at least one temperature sensor measures the temperature of the oil flowing through the oil circuit, downstream of the oil cooler and upstream of the internal combustion engine, the temperature sensor being connected for signaling purposes to a regulating and/or control device, includes: controlling and/or regulating, by the regulating and/or control device, the temperature of the oil flowing through the oil circuit, such that the temperature measured by the temperature sensor has a defined target temperature value; and setting and/or adjusting, by the regulating and/or control device, as a function of a drive power of the internal combustion engine, the defined target temperature value so as to reduce fuel consumption of the internal combustion engine.

    摘要: A method for diagnosing a bypass valve on an oil cooling circuit for vehicles includes: a measurement step of measuring a temperature of a downstream oil of the bypass valve, a prediction step, and a diagnosis step. The prediction step compares the temperature of the downstream oil with an opening reference temperature or a closing reference temperature and predicts an open or closed state of the bypass valve. The diagnosis step depending on a result of the prediction step, compares the temperature of the downstream oil with a lowest reference temperature or a highest reference temperature and diagnoses whether the bypass valve is in a failure state in which the bypass valve is stuck in an open or closed state.

    摘要: Disclosed is an oil supply apparatus which can be realized at a low cost, and can reliably detect the lowered level of the oil filled in the oil reservoir unit. The oil supply apparatus is provided with an oil pump which is set to have a plurality of switching discharge pressures at which the oil discharge pressures are changed for each target rotation speeds when the rotation speed of the internal combustion engine reaches the respective target rotation speed. The ECU is adapted to determine that the level of oil stored in the oil pan is lowered under the condition that the deviation between the target rotation speed of the engine set to correspond to the switching discharge pressure and the rotation speed of the engine actually detected when the discharge pressure reaches the switching discharge pressure is not less than the determination value.

    摘要: A method for positive crankcase ventilation diagnosis in an engine system with an engine, an intake duct connected to the engine, a PCV line connecting a crankcase of the engine with the intake duct and a sensor for determining an actual PCV pressure (pact) in the PCV line. The method comprises the steps of:



    performing a diagnosis measurement by repeatedly determining at least one input parameter (pint, ne, patm, Q), which is linked to the operation of the engine system, and the actual PCV pressure (pact), to obtain a plurality of data samples for a plurality of sample times (ts);
    using a prediction model (M) to determine a predicted PCV pressure (ppre); and
    comparing the actual PCV pressure (pact) with the predicted PCV pressure (ppre) to diagnose the PCV line,
    wherein a diagnosis of the PCV line is based on a model error (perr).
