A fluid pumping device is disclosed. The fluid pumping device includes a housing having a front end and a rear end, a fluid discharge opening in the front end of the housing, a pump assembly, a crank assembly rotatably connected to the pump assembly wherein the crank assembly operates the pump assembly, and a fluid storage reservoir connected to the gear housing from which fluid is drawn into the gear housing to be pumped through the fluid discharge opening.
Abstract:
A disc-like spacer arranged below a first roller bearing rotatably supporting a driven crankshaft that forms an anti-rotation system is formed with a plurality of notches in the circumferential direction. A spot face is provided to face the outer circumferential surface of the spacer, and communication holes and are drilled on the outer circumferential side of the spot face to extend in the axial direction of the scroll. Also formed is a communication hole communicating the communication hole with the first roller bearing via the notches. A grease nipple is mounted to the communication hole. To replenish grease, the fixed scroll is removed from the housing such that the orbiting scroll is exposed, and grease is injected from the grease nipple into the first roller bearing with a grease gun.
Abstract:
A scroll fluid machine comprises a fixed-side member including a cylindrical casing and a fixed scroll fixed to the casing, and an orbiting scroll and a plurality of ball coupling devices provided between the fixed-side member and the orbiting scroll to prevent self-rotation of the orbiting scroll on its axis and receive a thrust load between the fixed-side member and the orbiting scroll. Each of the ball coupling devices comprises a first ball coupling mechanism for supporting the thrust load generated between the fixed-side member and the orbiting scroll and a second ball coupling mechanism disposed with a space from the first ball coupling mechanism to prevent the self-rotation of the orbiting scroll.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a scroll fluid machine configured from inexpensive materials and provided with a rotation prevention mechanism with excellent durability. In the scroll fluid machine, a fixed scroll, the spiral body of which has been vertically disposed on one end surface of an endplate, and a movable scroll, the spiral body of which has been vertically disposed on one end surface of the endplate, are arranged eccentrically to and out of phase with each other such that the spiral bodies engage with each other and the movable scroll turns relative to the fixed scroll. The scroll fluid machine is characterized by being provided with a rotation prevention mechanism comprising a movable-side pin that protrudes from the other surface of the endplate of the movable scroll, a fixed-side pin that protrudes from the housing side towards the other surface of the endplate of the movable scroll, and a rotation prevention member held from both sides by the movable-side pin and the fixed-side pin.

Abstract:
In a scroll compressor, a center of a turning scroll body is shifted with respect to a drive central axis so that a distance between a gravity center and the drive central axis in a turning scroll becomes smaller than a predetermined allowable value set based on theoretical displacement and mass of the turning scroll. A moment force about the drive central axis acting on the turning scroll is reduced during revolving, and an alternating force acting on an autorotation preventing pin in the turning scroll is reduced to an allowable level.
Abstract:
A scroll thrust bearing having both-end conical rollers are rolling elements, being low in cost, high in precision, large in load capacity, and excellent in durability. A plurality of both-end conical rollers are held rotatably between a pair of bearing plates, and the relation of the scroll swirl radius (R) of both-end conical roller and the dimension (H) between opposite tracks of the both bearing plates is set in a range of 1
Abstract:
In double tapered rollers of a thrust scroll bearing, a structure free from generation of edge load at both ends of a section straight line on conical or tapered surfaces, and appropriate in contact stress with the bearing race is presented. To be used as a rolling element of thrust bearing interposed between positions making relative scroll motions, it is a conical body having a pair of conical surfaces (Ra, Rb) matched coaxially and coupled at bottoms mutually, and the entire surface of the conical surfaces (Ra, Rb) is processed by crowning. As a result, edge load is not generated at both ends of the section straight line of the conical surfaces (Ra, Rb), and the maximum contact stress at the apex side is held at a low value within an allowable range.
Abstract:
A scroll-type compressor includes a fixed and an orbiting scroll each having an end plate. A ball coupling means preventing the orbiting scroll from rotating, includes a first race and a second race and a plurality of balls. The balls are engaged between ball rolling grooves on the first race and ball rolling grooves on the second race. Each of an interior circular portion and an exterior circular portion of the first race and the second race is connected to the orbiting scroll and the front housing. Each of a clearance is created between the first race and the orbiting scroll, and between the second race and the front housing. The structure for the scroll-type compressor according to this invention may reduce the number of parts compared to known scroll-type compressor, and may maintain stability of an orbital motion of an orbiting scroll, when thrust load is high.
