    摘要: To provide a scroll compressor capable of reducing a noise occurring in a pin-and-ring type self rotation preventing mechanism and improving compression performance. In a scroll compressor comprising: a fixed scroll member and a revolving scroll member; a driven crank mechanism for driving the revolving scroll member to revolutionary turn; and a pin-and-ring type self rotation preventing mechanism provided in plural places for preventing self rotation of a revolving scroll member, at least one of the self rotation preventing pin, the self rotation preventing ring and the self rotation preventing ring hole, which form the pin-and-ring type self rotation preventing mechanism, is provided with an orbit correction part for reducing a maximum displacement R in a direction of self rotation of the revolving scroll member to smooth a change of an orbit of the revolving scroll member in changing a pin and a ring in a section of prevention of self rotation by means of a corresponding pin and ring part.

A scroll compressor 1 comprises a thrust plate 51, a coating which is applied to a surface of the thrust plate, a housing 3 having a thrust bearing face 5B to which the thrust plate 51 is attached, an orbiting scroll member 27 having a slide face 61 which is supported by the thrust plate 51 and which orbits while sliding, and a peeling prevention part which reduces a sliding pressure acting on an edge portion 51C of the thrust plate 51 from the slide face 61.

The fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll are offset from each other by an orbiting radius (ρ) and mesh such that the respective wraps face each other with a phase shift of 180°. The orbiting scroll revolves/orbits along a circular orbit with the orbiting radius (ρ) to compress a gas while a rotation-preventing mechanism prevents rotation of the orbiting scroll. The relationship between the involute surfaces of the spiral wraps of the two scrolls and the dimensions, dimensional tolerance, and assembly standards of the rotation-preventing mechanism are determined so that the median value of an allowable angle of rotation (φ) agrees with an upright position of the orbiting scroll.

In the compressor, the first rolling bearing for permitting axial movement of the shaft is inserted into the first housing from the side where the compression mechanism is to be provided, and the second rolling bearing for restricting axial movement of the shaft is inserted into the first housing from the other side where the driving source is to be provided. The shaft is inserted into the first housing from the side where the compression mechanism is to be provided. A seal member is further provided between the rolling bearings for sealing an area between the insertion hole and the shaft, wherein the seal member is inserted into the insertion hole of the first housing from the side where the compression mechanism is to be provided before the shaft is inserted into the insertion hole.

    摘要: A scroll compressor having a simple structure is disclosed, which effectively decreases the thrust load imposed on the revolving scroll without degrading the compression efficiency. The scroll compressor includes a casing; a fixed scroll provided in the housing and comprising an end plate and a spiral protrusion built on one face of the end plate; and a revolving scroll provided in the casing and comprising an end plate and a spiral protrusion built on one face of the end plate, wherein the spiral protrusions of each scroll are engaged with each other so as to form a spiral compression chamber. In the above structure, an introduced working gas is compressed in the compression chamber and then discharged according to the revolution of the revolving scroll; a thrust member for thrust-supporting the end plate of the revolving scroll is provided at the back-face side of the end plate of the revolving scroll; a pressure pocket is formed in a face of one of the thrust member and the end plate of the revolving scroll, wherein the face faces the other of the thrust member and the end plate of the revolving scroll; and a high-pressure introduction hole for introducing a high-pressure fluid into the pressure pocket is provided at one of the thrust member side and the revolving scroll side.
