摘要： Disclosed is a silent, soft-close compact hinge comprising of a hinge cup pivotally connected to a hinge body via a hinge arm. A set of coil springs biases the hinge to a closed position. A damping mechanism is removably attached to the hinge cup and acted on by the hinge arm. A set of spring sleeves are fitted to the coil springs to insulate the movement of the coil springs on the hinge arm providing the closing bias. The hinge body is comprised of three separate plates adjustably connected to each other with cam screws. The position of the hinge body with respect to the hinge arm is adjustable in three directions without the need for removal or loosening of mounting hardware used to attach the hinge body to a furniture piece.

摘要： A hinge for cold rooms or glass shutters includes a stationary support structure and a shutter movable between an open position and a closed position. The hinge includes a hinge body with a working chamber; a pivot coupled with the hinge body to rotate between the open and the closed positions of the shutter; a cam element unitary with the pivot; a plunger element sliding in the working chamber and having a slider with an operative face interacting with the cam element; a counteracting elastic member acting on the plunger element to move it between a position proximal to the bottom wall of the working chamber and a position distal therefrom. The cam element includes an elongated appendix extending from the pivot to come in contact engagement with the operative face of the slider. The pivot is placed at one of the side walls of the working chamber.

The present invention includes: a long concave hole (50) that is formed in a main body portion (110); an elastic piece (10) that is formed in a middle plate (140) so as to perform a buffering function in the vertical direction; an oblong hole (20) that is formed in the elastic piece (10); a rotor (30) which is accommodated in the oblong hole (20) and which has a step protrusion (32) that is formed in one side portion on the outer circumference surface thereof; and an eccentric bolt (40) that rotates while being inserted into the long concave hole (50) and is coupled to the rotor (30) through a leg portion (42) for the regular/reverse rotation. The furniture hinge can be finely adjusted and the position of the door can be discerned with the naked eye.

A power window control includes four levers, one on each control switch. Two of the levers are long and the other two are shorter. The long levers are provided on the two switches further away from the user (which control the front and rear left side windows). The short levers are attached to the two switches closer to the user (which control the front and rear right side windows). The base of each lever can be attached to the corresponding switch through a heavy-duty double-sided tape, where for flat switches, the lever is attached directly to the switch surface and for contoured switches, an adapter can be provided between the base of the lever and the surface of the power window switch.
