Abstract: A sliding door includes a bar that is movable in the closing and opening direction of a door leaf the sliding door. When the sliding door is in a closed state, the door separates a first space from a second space. A door frame in which the door is mounted has a bar catch, wherein the bar engages in the bar catch when the door leaf is in the closed state. The engagement can be released by movement of the door leaf, and therefore movement of the bar, in the direction of the normal of the door leaf plane.

Abstract: A rose assembly for a door lock in which the rose assembly places the door lock in one of a locked state and an unlocked state. The rose assembly includes a rose moveable with respect to the door. The rose includes a first position, in which the door lock is locked, and a second position, in which the door lock is unlocked. The rose assembly includes a frame which surrounds the rose and in which the rose nests. Pivotal movement of the rose within the frame moves the door lock from the locked state to the unlocked state. The rose pivots at a door lever, and a pivot axis is offset from a centerline of the rose. A larger portion of the rose, defined by the pivot axis, unlocks the door when pressed and a smaller portion of the rose locks the door when pressed.

Abstract: A device for opening and closing a movable window of a motor vehicle, the movable window being movable relative to a fixed panel, from a closed position in which the movable window is positioned flush with the fixed panel, to an open position in which the movable window is moved parallel to the fixed panel. The device includes an assembly controlled from a handle mechanism supported by an edge of a frame secured to the movable window, such that starting from the closed position, actuating the handle a first time releases locking of the movable window then, secondly, brings the movable window out of its closed position, an edge of the window corresponding to the edge of the frame being moved relative to the fixed panel, to the position allowing sliding of the movable window.

Abstract: A slam type locking mechanism is described. The locking mechanism allows a storage container with the locking mechanism to be slammed shut in a single motion. The operator may slam the lid or door to the container using a single hand that is only pressing or pushing the lid or door closed. The slam type locking mechanism includes a lock having a lock housing, a handle, and a spring loading mechanism. The handle is rotatably engaged to the spring loading mechanism. The rods are in a rotational engagement with the lock, wherein the rods have an offset that interacts with a striker on the container or lid in a locking relationship.

Abstract: A door stopper includes a substantially tubular and hollow pin housing and a mounting plate fixedly connected to one end of the pin housing, the mounting plate having a recess formed therein and a pin opening at the bottom of the recess and aligned with the inner hollow of the pin housing.
