摘要: A sash window fastener includes: a latch assembly; a sash lock assembly mounted upon the meeting rail; and a stop member mounted to the master window frame. The lock assembly includes a pivotable cam to engage a keeper on the master frame to lock the window, and a pivotable follower arm. The arm interconnects with the latch assembly within the meeting rail, so cam rotation that drives arm rotation also causes translation of the latch. The cam may occupy: an extended position to secure the cam to the keeper, with the latch engaging the master frame to prevent tilting, and being positioned below a protrusion on the stop member to redundantly lock the window; a first retracted cam position permitting sliding of the window; and a second retracted position permitting tilting of the sash window. Additional protrusions may be used on the stop member to serve as vent stop positions.

摘要: A micro motor locking bolt system (8) comprising a locking bolt (5) mounted inside a lock (11) in order to provide a locking function in electronic gates, drawers, cabinets, safes and similar structures. The locking bolt system has a locking position by entering into a lock housing (13) structured on the lock (11) and an unlocking position by removing from the lock housing (13). A motor (1) provides the necessary driving force in order for the locking bolt (5) to enter into and be removed from the lock housing (13). A worm gear (2) performs rotational motion around its own axis due to the driving force from the motor (1) and comprises grooved parts (2.1) thereon. Motion transmission members transfer the rotational motion of the worm gear (2) to the locking bolt (5) by transforming the rotational motion into linear motion.

摘要: An anti-barricading turn hub assembly is configured for use with a lockset including a bolt movable to lock and unlock a door. The anti-barricading turn hub assembly includes a spindle connected to a thumb turn on one side of the lock. The spindle is releasably engaged to a turn hub that is operable by the key from the other side of the door. Under normal operation, the spindle and turn hub rotate together to lock and unlock the bolt. In a barricading situation in which the thumb turn is held to prevent the turn hub assembly from rotating, the turn hub disengages from the spindle upon application of sufficient force through rotation of the key, and the disengaged turn hub can be rotated to unlock the bolt even if the thumb turn is held to keep the spindle from rotating.
