摘要： A lockset (10) is actuable by pivoting a lever (14,16) about a longitudinal axis of the lockset (10) by rotating the lever (14,16) and by pivoting the lever (14,16) about an axis transverse to the lockset axis, such as by pushing or pulling. The lockset (10) includes an inside lever (14) and an outside lever (16), each associated with an independent mechanism, each of which can independently actuate the lockset (10). A keyed locking cylinder (250) is disposed axially in the outside lever (16) and pivots with the outside lever (16). The keyed lock cylinder (250) has an opening that pivotably engages an actuator (260). The actuator (260) extends into a retractor assembly (33) of the lockset (10) and is configured to perform an unlocking or locking function when actuated.

摘要： A lock assembly includes a lock housing with an annular wall separating an end wall and a face. A core is received in an opening disposed in the face. The core defines a keyway disposed in rotational engagement with an end portion for actuating the lock assembly between locked and unlocked positions. A drive member is rotationally interconnected with the end wall of the housing. The drive member is disposed in driven engagement with the end portion of the core. An adapter defines a generally X-shaped slot and is fixedly attached to the end portion. A tail piece is received by the slot. The tail piece defines an elongated substantially flat appendage including a proximal end retained in the adapter and a distal end extending outwardly from the adapter. The proximal end is twisted relative to the distal end between generally 40 and 50 degrees.

摘要： In a cylinder lock having a pivot member pivoted in response to pivoting by a legitimate mechanical key inserted into a key hole, a first rotor is linked to an outer cylinder relatively non-pivotably but movably along an insertion direction of a mechanical key, and a second rotor abuts against the first rotor from a side opposite to a rotor-receiving part provided on a housing and the outer cylinder and is linked to a pivot member relatively non-pivotably but movably along the insertion direction, and during pivoting of the outer cylinder in response to an unauthorized pivoting operation of an inner cylinder, the first rotor and the second rotor move so as to detach from the rotor-receiving part due to a cam mechanism provided between the first rotor and the housing, thereby releasing engagement of the inner cylinder with the second rotor linked to the pivot member relatively non-pivotably.

The body includes a region that serves both as a stopper against an end portion of the biasing member and as a contact portion for restricting the second lever or the holder lever from moving in a rotation direction.

This enables the degree of freedom in layout of a lock/unlock switching mechanism with respect to the cylinder lock to be increased without causing any increase in the dimensions of the lock/unlock switching mechanism.
