    Abstract: A water diversion system for a job site in a streambed comprises a cofferdam in the streambed upstream of the job site, at least one, preferably two sections of substantially rigid pipe embedded in the cofferdam, a valve or plug in each pipe section to open or close water flow through the pipe, and at least one, preferably two flexible tubes connected to the downstream ends of the pipe sections, respectively. The flexible tubes are configured to lie on the natural streambed and traverse the job site, substantially without grading or otherwise disturbing the natural streambed. An optional positioning and pull straps can be installed on the flexible tubes to assist with moving the tubes and securing the tube in place under water flows. Water diversion paths around and through the job site can alternated or changed by flipping the valves and/or moving the flexible tubes.

    Abstract: An apparatus and system for drawing water from a water source into a flowing water body comprises a tubular member defined by a sidewall extending between an inlet and an outlet and a central passage therethrough and a drainage pipe having an internal passage therethrough. The drainage pipe passes through the sidewall of the tubular member and has an outlet located within the central passage. The drainage outlet is oriented in a direction towards the outlet of the tubular member and has an unobstructed continuous profile extending there through. The apparatus further comprises a frame adapted to support the tubular member within a body of flowing water at a height above a bottom of the body of flowing water below a top surface of the flowing water.

    Abstract: A water catchment and lawn edging system includes a cap, a channeled drain fixture, and at least one base clip. The base clip, which connects the system to the ground surface, is connected to a bottom end of the channeled drain fixture. Depending upon the length or the profile of the channeled drain fixture, the system can utilize a single base clip or a plurality of base clips to properly support the system. The cap is continuously connected along the channeled drain fixture from a top end of the channeled drain fixture. The cap may include a plurality of drain openings to provide additional drainage for the system. Collectively, the cap, the channeled drain fixture, and the base clip function as a water catchment and lawn edging system so that surface and ground water can be drained and filtered away from a collecting area and discharged into an outfall.

    Abstract: A system for draining liquid from soil is disclosed. The system includes a passive capillary drain in combination with a core for gravity flow, including a sand top dressing layer, a native soil interface, and a rootzone, a curtain traversing from the sand topdressing layer through the native soil interface to at least one tube element, the at least one tube element pulling the water out of the soil with capillary suction, and a core central to the at least one tube element that moves excess water via gravity flow with capillary suction. The elements may be installed parallel at a 3 feet center and a depth of 10 inches, and/or may be installed vertically.
