Abstract:
A system automatically generates apparel collection imagery from user-provided imagery. The user-provided imagery includes images of people wearing one or more garments. The system uses segmenting analysis to analyze the user-provided image to identify locations of the garment. From the locations of the garments, the system can determine which garments from an apparel collection can be used to replace those in the user-provided imagery. The system uses pose estimation on the user-provided imagery and modifies a preview image of a replacement garment from the collection. This modified replacement garment image is used to replace the garment in the user-provided imagery.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tenter system having a function of automatically correcting a fabric on the basis of an image, and a method therefor, and the tenter system includes a tenter machine, an introduced-fabric design pattern correction unit provided behind the tenter machine and configured to correct the introduced-fabric design pattern of an input fabric introduced into the tenter machine, a first scanning unit provided in front of the tenter machine and configured to scan the design pattern of a discharged fabric discharged from the tenter machine to acquire a discharged-fabric design pattern image, and a central processing unit configured to communicate with the introduced-fabric design pattern correction unit and the first scanning unit.
Abstract:
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. Users may communicate with other users on how wear patterns should be applied onto base garments and make changes to the wear patterns or other garment features, while sharing with other users their progress.
Abstract:
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. Users may collaborate while designing the apparel and designate what items should belong in specific collections.
Abstract:
A knitted article, having a basic knitted fabric which is knitted from at least one basic knitted fabric thread, and at least two plush threads which are plated on the basic knitted fabric thread and which configure first and second plush loops, wherein the first and the second plush loops have dissimilar heights.
Abstract:
A matrix for fabric is provided, comprising a engaging portions and decorating portions. The engaging portions are disposed over a specific surface area of the fabric. The decorating portions are installed at the engaging portions. The decorating portions form letters or patterns on the specific surface area of the fabric. The engaging portions may be aligned so as to form a lattice. Eyes of the lattice may be triangular, rectangular, or hexagonal. Each of the engaging portions may have a hole through the fabric. The engaging portions may comprise eyelets, each of which being fixed to the hole at an external perimeter of the eyelet. Each of the decorating portions may comprise a string, and the string may be queued through or tied at some of the eyelets, so as to form the letter or pattern.
Abstract:
An apparatus for ventilating a web of material used in the manufacture of pocketed springs may be removably attached to a pocket coiler. The apparatus has an upper movable portion which pivots relative to a stationary portion. The stationary portion may be removably attached to the pocket coiler. Each portion has at least one roller, a web of material passing between the rollers during use. One of the rollers may have protrusions to create openings in the material before the material enters the pocket coiler.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a modular textile system includes dividing a textile web into a plurality of frames that define carpet tiles to be formed from the textile web, providing each frame with an indicium, and forming the textile web into a plurality of carpet tiles. The indicium may include at least one of a variously oriented indicium and a variously positioned indicium for indicating the orientation of each carpet tile in an installation.
Abstract:
Compositions and methods directed to aqueous solutions containing acacia gum powder are provided herein for use in treating the textile material and for use in producing textile based art objects.
Abstract:
A drum for forming relief patterns on a surface of a textile web has a tubular jacket rotatable about an axis and having a substantially cylindrical outer surface centered on the axis and formed with an array of raised portions separated by lands and with a multiplicity of radially throughgoing holes. The holes are elongated and extend at angles between 20° and 170° to midplanes extending perpendicular to the axis, the web engaging the drum. Liquid jets are directed radially inward at the web where it engages the drum for impressing the raised portions into a face of the web. Liquid is aspirated inward through the holes from the web where it engages the drum.
