A method of cleaning a hard surface is also disclosed comprising the steps of diluting the composition of the invention with water to about 1 to about 3 weight percent, applying the diluted composition to the surface, and wiping the surface, wherein the surface is substantially free of oil or residue and the surface is substantially free of corrosion.

A rinse solution is applied to the surfaces of the equipment to provide a residual film thereon. The rinse solution includes a first nonionic alkoxylated alcohol surfactant having an HLB value ranging from about 12 to about 15, a second nonionic alkoxylated alcohol surfactant having an HLB value ranging from about 16 to 20, an aqueous solvent, and a bio-film permeation agent.
