摘要: The present invention relates to the field of biomedicine; provided are a quinoline compound salt or a crystal form thereof, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The quinoline compound is as shown in Formula (I), and the provided salt may be used as an inhibitor of phosphoinositide 3-kinase for the treatment of diseases related to phosphoinositide 3-kinase. More particularly, the compound of Formula (I) may be 2,4-diamino-6-[1-(7-fluoro-2-pyridin-2-yl-quinolin-3-yl)-ethylamino]-pyrimidine-5-carbonitrile (Compound A), the structure thereof being as shown below. Crystal form I of p-toluenesulfonate of the compound may be used as an inhibitor of phosphoinositide 3-kinase for the treatment of diseases related to phosphoinositide 3-kinase.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a system for efficiently preparing taurine, including: a solution storage unit configured to store a solution containing alkali metal taurinate, the solution being prepared by an ethylene oxide process; an ion exchange unit including at least one ion exchange resin column each configured to be activated by a first activation manner or a second activation manner independently, the first activation manner using sulfurous acid for activation to obtain alkali metal bisulfate and taurine, and the second activation manner using sulfuric acid for activation to obtain alkali metal sulfate and taurine; and a dispensing unit connected to the solution storage unit and the ion exchange unit respectively, and configured to adjust an amount of a solution conveyed from the solution storage unit to each of the at least one ion exchange resin column in the ion exchange unit.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method for preparing taurine. According to the method, ethylene oxide reacts with hydrogen sulfite to generate isethionate, after the isethionate and ammonia are subjected to an ammonolysis reaction under a microwave condition, ammonia removal is conducted to obtain a taurine salt solution, the taurine salt solution is converted into a taurine solution through acidification or ion exchange or ion membrane or heating, and taurine is extracted through concentration and crystallization. According to the present invention, the reaction time can be shortened, and the reaction temperature and pressure can be reduced, thereby achieving high yield and reducing energy consumption.

摘要: The high-yield circular production method of taurine includes the following steps: S1, ethylene oxide reacts with sodium bisulfite solution to generate sodium hydroxyethyl sulfonate; S2, sodium hydroxyethyl sulfonate obtained in S1 is subjected to ammonolysis reaction in ammonia, and ammonia gas is recycled through flash evaporation upon completion of the reaction; S3, a reaction solution obtained after flash evaporation in S2 is sent to pass through an acidic cation exchange resin column, a material liquid containing taurine is collected, the inactivated resin column is subjected to regeneration with sulfur dioxide or carbon dioxide aqueous solution, and an eluent acquired during regeneration can be recycled directly or recycled after treated by sulfur dioxide; S4, the material liquid collected in S3 is subjected to post treatment to acquire taurine.

摘要: Disclosed are a method for preparing a pure isophthalaldehyde bisulfite adduct free from impurities through a specific purification process, and use thereof as a starting material for polymerizing polybenzimidazole under a mild condition. According to the present disclosure, it is possible to obtain a pure isophthalaldehyde bisulfite adduct free from impurities, such as unreacted materials or byproducts. In addition, it is possible to accomplish industrial mass production of a high-molecular weight polybenzimidazole by using the adduct as a starting material for polymerizing polybenzimidazole under a mild condition in an organic solvent.
