The adjustable standing platform includes a base structured and arranged to be disposed upon a support surface with a movable platform disposed above and generally parallel to the base, the movable platform having at least one removable foot pedal controller providing at least a portion of a standing area, each removable foot pedal controller in wireless communication with at least one associated remote base unit. An actuator couples the movable platform to the base, the actuator structured and arranged to move the movable platform generally towards or away from the base. A flexible outer element substantially enclosing the adjustable standing platform, the flexible outer element structured and arranged to expand and contract as the movable platform moves relative to the base. An associated method of providing and using the adjustable standing platform is also provided.
Abstract:

A system of the present disclosure can provide an apparatus including: a height adjustable table; an arm support structure coupled to and positioned above the height adjustable table; a length adjustable arm slidably connected to the arm support structure, the length adjustable arm being configured to support a piece of equipment; and an equipment support bracket coupled to the length adjustable arm configured to removably attach the piece of equipment.
Abstract:
An upstart motorcycle jack system that lifts a motorcycle from laying on its side to an upright position includes a scissor jack, a foot, a fulcrum pin, a mounting adaptor, and a motorcycle lift bracket. The motorcycle lift bracket is integrated onto the motorcycle. The foot is hingedly connected to a base pad of the scissor jack. The scissor jack pivotably mounts to the motorcycle lift bracket through the mounting adaptor and the fulcrum pin to initiate the lifting process. The mechanical leverage for the lifting process is provided by the scissor jack to lift the dead weight of the motorcycle pass a 45-degree angle. The scissor jack also transfers some of the motorcycle weight to the foot when the base pad starts to tilt toward the motorcycle. Once the scissor jack is fully extended, a rider can easily push the motorcycle back into the upright position.
Abstract:
A lifting platform includes a base, two “T”-shaped parallel sliding grooves in supporting bars, two wheels, a platform, and a cylinder. Each wheel is held away from the internal far rolling surface of each sliding groove in an original position because of the orientation of the connected platform, but can contact and rest upon the rolling surface and further roll along the rolling surface when the platform is rotated. A hydraulic or air-driven piston rod of the cylinder can push the platform to first rotate and then move upward. The platform is transitionable between: (i) an inclined configuration in which each first wheel is in the original position; (ii) a horizontal configuration in which each first wheel contacts and rests upon a sliding groove; and (iii) a lifting configuration in which each first wheel rolls along a sliding groove.
Abstract:
An extremely compact, trailerable vehicle ramp that utilizes a unique, economical manner of locking the lift and raising the vehicle that is adapted to provide both safety and convenience for the user. The lift can be locked into a horizontal position with the base frame raised so that it can be towed to the desired location, such as a racetrack. Once there, the frame can quickly be lowered hydraulically until it rests on the ground simultaneously effecting the locking of the wheels. With the retraction of a couple of pins the two ramps may be tilted down at the rear and a vehicle driven on it forward until the vehicle's front wheels reach the stops in the ramp tracks. The rear of the ramp tracks may now be raised hydraulically until the ramp tracks are horizontal and the vehicle has been raised off the ground. The rear of the ramp tracks may be locked up. In this position the lift ramp is perfectly positioned beneath the center of the vehicle's frame. The lift ramp may be raised hydraulically as well if additional work space is required beneath the vehicle, or the vehicle tires are to be removed.
Abstract:
A device for turning an object about an axis which is stationary related to the device, the device including two manipulator modules, each provided with a base part, to which, rotatable on a base axis, an upper arm is linked, to which, rotatable on an arm axis, a lower arm is linked, which features an end axis. The base axis, the arm axis and the end axis of each manipulator module intersect with each other respectively in one intersection point, with their connecting line defining the swivel axis. A connecting piece is mounted between the two lower arms so that it is rotatable on the two end axes and forms and/or provides an object holder for the object to be turned/swiveled.
Abstract:
A lifting and/or tilting device is provided for a grass cutting machine, such as a ride-on mower. The device includes a fixed chassis element designed to rest on the ground. A movable chassis element is capable of accommodating at least one wheel of the machine and is movable about an axle supported by the fixed chassis element, between a stowed position, in which the movable chassis element extends essentially in the plane formed by the fixed chassis element, and at least one raised position in which the movable chassis element is separated from the fixed chassis element. The device has a cylinder with a body that is attached permanently to the fixed chassis element and a shaft that is movable relative to the body, attached permanently to the movable chassis element, and mounted in such manner that in the raised position it extends essentially outside of the zone delimited by the fixed and movable chassis elements.
Abstract:
A wind turbine component handling apparatus with a docking device, a lifting device, and a turning device is provided. A method for turning a wind turbine component is also provided. A plurality of pins is mounted to the wind turbine component. The wind turbine component is positioned at a support apparatus such that each pin rests in a cradle element of the support apparatus. The docking device is pushed in the horizontal direction such that openings in the docking device engage the pins. The docking device is lifted, wherein the wind turbine component is lifted by the pins and the docking device is rotated about a horizontal axis, wherein the wind turbine component is rotated about the horizontal axis by the pins. Then, the docking device is lowered until the pins mounted to the wind turbine component rest in the cradle elements of the support apparatus.
Abstract:
