摘要： An apparatus is provided for the transfer of a thread (1) carried in a low pressure air stream being delivered to a rotating spool (7) with which a capture apparatus (4) runs in synchronism for the pick-up of the thread (1) which is set before it by a thread dispensing unit for this purpose. This thread dispensing unit exhibits two thread guides (31, 30) which hold the thread (1) at right angles to the travel path of the capture apparatus (4). Respectively, the first thread guide (31) forms a hold-back element which acts to restrain the thread (1) during the formation of a reserve winding in the spool border and to release the thread (1) for the formation of the normal winding. This first thread guide (31) is governed by a controllable drive (33), with the help of which, the open side of a thread guide groove (312) of this first thread guide (31) is pivotable out of a thread restraining position (S.sub.1) into a thread release position (S.sub.2). The second thread guide is also the opening (30) of a suction system.

摘要： An apparatus for winding a synthetic-resin yarn on a spool of predetermined outside diameter has a friction drive roller rotatable about a drive axis and having a substantially cylindrical outer surface of predetermined length centered on the drive axis. A drive can rotate this roller about the drive axis at a substantially constant speed. A support adjacent the friction roller holds the spool for rotation about a spool axis generally parallel to the drive axis and with the spool in radial contact with the surface of the drive roller. A radially outwardly projecting ridge carried on the support axially offset from the surface of the friction roller is of greater outside diameter than the spool. Guides feed the yarn initially to the ridge for winding of the yarn thereon and thereafter for feeding the yarn to the spool for winding of the yarn on the spool.

摘要： In order to form parallel windings in the longitudinal end region of the empty tube, a drive roller, which is driven at a peripheral speed adapted to the constant thread withdrawal speed provided for the subsequent formation of the crosswinding, is placed onto the peripheral surface of the empty tube, which has been lifted from the winding cylinder, and the thread, which is delivered at a constant speed, is passed to the then driven empty tube. After formation of the reserve winding, the empty tube is lowered onto the winding cylinder. The thread is displaced towards the middle of the bobbin and, by way of adaptation to the shortening of the thread run occasioned thereby and to a change in diameter possibly then brought into effect, the peripheral speed of the drive roller is altered to maintain a constant thread wind-on tension. The thread is passed to the cross-winding device, and the drive roller is lifted from the empty tube. To form the reserve winding, a thread guide is movable into the region of the empty tube, which is held at a distance from the winding cylinder by the bobbin-lifting device. The drive of the drive roller together with the thread guide is connected to a common control device.

The drive velocity of the bobbin or empty casing is then changed relative to operating velocity as a function of the determined actual outer diameter of the bobbin or empty casing. Such adjustment corrects the circumferential velocity of the bobbin or empty casing in the take-up region of the thread for correspondence with the thread supply velocity. Otherwise, the circumferential velocity in such take-up region would deviate from the thread supply velocity on account of the conicity of the bobbin or empty casing.
