摘要: The present invention is a part of a yarn transfer system used for transferring yarn from a full bobbin to an empty bobbin typically fitted on a winder frame. The invention broadly comprises a yarn traverse device used in transferring a continuously arriving yarn onto an empty bobbin for commencing of winding process during bobbin changeover process in automatic turret winder without any stoppage. This is achieved with the provision of an actuation device that facilitates axial movement of the yarn traverse device. In the present invention, during the bobbin changeover operation, the yarn traverse device is moved axially through the actuation device and allows the traverse guide—while maintaining its normal traverse speed at all times—to move beyond the normal yarn winding zone such that the advancing yarn is within the reach of the yarn grasping device of the ready-to-be-wound empty bobbin. After the yarn transfer is completed, the traverse device moves back to the normal winding zone.

摘要: The present invention is a part of a yarn transfer system used for transferring yarn from a full bobbin to an empty bobbin typically fitted on a winder frame. The invention broadly comprises a yarn traverse device used in transferring a continuously arriving yarn onto an empty bobbin for commencing of winding process during bobbin changeover process in automatic turret winder without any stoppage. 摘要: The invention relates to a proof testing method and a proof testing apparatus for optical fibre where a fibre (1) is guided to a first pulling device (2) and further to a second pulling device (3) and then onto a reel (11, 12), whereby the pulling devices subject the fibre to a desired amount of tensile strength, as a result of which the fibre breaks if the fibre (1) strength is insufficient. To achieve a continuous pulling and proof testing process, the fibre end is guided in the case of a fibre break between the first and the second pulling device (2, 3) by means of a first channel section (5), which guides the fibre to the second pulling device (3). After the second pulling device (3) the fibre end is guided into a second channel section (8) which is off the normal fibre track and along which the fibre (1) is guided into a scrap fibre processing system. At a desired moment the fibre (1) is guided from the second channel section (8) to the normal track, along which the fibre is guided onto a reel (11, 12).

摘要: A yarn winding machine for winding an advancing yarn to form a yarn package which is formed on a driven winding spindle that is mounted in a projecting manner on a rotatable revolver. The package is engaged on its circumference by a pressure roll which exerts an abutment force on its surface. The winding spindle is supported on a mobile carrier which is mounted on the revolver. During the build of the package, the axial spacing between the package and the pressure roll is changed as a result of an evasive movement, it being possible for the evasive movement to be accomplished in several stages by the movement of the carrier while the revolver is fixed, or by the rotation of the revolver while the carrier is fixed, and so that the abutment force exerted by the pressure roll can be changed.

摘要: A yarn takeup apparatus for winding a continuously advancing yarn into yarn packages and which has a rotatable winding turret which supports for rotation two winding spindles. By the rotation of the winding turret, the winding spindles are moved alternately to a winding range and a doffing range. To this end, the winding spindles are mounted on the winding turret such that the spindles are movable relative to the winding turret respectively between a radially outer position and a radially inner position by a moveable spindle mount. At the beginning of the winding operation, the winding spindles are in the outer position, and during the build of the package, an evasive movement of the winding spindle is performed by movement of its mount and/or rotation of the winding turret.
