It is provided that the recycled separable multi-filament parallel picks are separable and distinguishable from other picks very clearly. Furthermore, a denier of the recycled separable multi-filament yarn is range from 5 to 50. Usually, the thread/yarn count of woven textile fabric (800) is in between 400 to 3000 which can go up to 6000.
Abstract:
A winding machine (100; 100a, 100b) for wrapping strands of rolled material, such as a bar, a rod, wire or the like, around a reel into coils: a reel (50; 50a, 50b); a base flange (1) defining a first catching recess (6) intended to receive an end of a first strand (17; 17a, 17b); a first cover (9) movable between an open position leaving the first catching recess (6) exposed and a closed position covering the first catching recess (6) to form a closed passage for the end of the first strand (17; 17a, 17b) in order to secure the end of the first strand to the reel (50; 50a, 50b). At least a second element (2) defining a second catching recess (4); and at least a second cover (8) movable between an open position leaving the further catching recess (4) exposed and a closed position covering the second catching recess (4) to form a closed passage for the end of a second strand (27; 27a, 27b) in order to secure the end of the second strand to the reel (50; 50a, 50b).
Abstract:
A wire winding method which can prevent twisting tendency of a wire and the occurrence of damage on the wire. The wire winding method includes: a first step of making a plurality of wires pass through a tensioner and a nozzle sequentially and fixing distal ends of the plurality of wires to a core side; and a second step of winding the plurality of wires on the core while twisting the plurality of wires by making the nozzle revolve around the core such that a mutual positional relationship between a plurality of wire insertion holes formed in the nozzle through which the plurality of wires are made to pass respectively with respect to the tensioner is set to a fixed value.
Abstract:
Length equalization may be provided. First, a plurality of conductors may be paid off from a plurality of pay-off devices respectively corresponding to the plurality of conductors to form a cable. The plurality of conductors comprising the cable may then be wound onto a take-up device. During the winding process, a guide device may be rotated to cause the plurality of conductors to have substantially a same length after the cable has been wound onto the take-up device. The guide device may be disposed between the take-up device and the plurality of pay-off devices. The guide device may have holes respectively corresponding to each of the plurality of conductors. Each of the plurality of conductors may pass through a respective hole in the guide device.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for winding conditioned material onto a spool so as to maintain its desirable properties. In one embodiment, decorative ribbon is conditioned using a curling device and wound onto an elongated spool having a predetermined radius in an alternating, helical lay pattern so as to maintain the curl of the ribbon, and permit easy removal and storage thereof. In a second embodiment, two or more different types or colors of ribbon are wound either concentrically or in juxtaposed orientation onto the same spool. An apparatus for winding one or more of the aforementioned spools is also disclosed. A multi-spool dispenser for the curled ribbon is further described.
Abstract:
A generally cylindrical yarn package having multiple yarn ends is formed by converging the multiple yarn ends to form a substantially planar yarn end ribbon having the multiple yarn ends in a side-by-side untwisted contacting relationship with one another. The yarn end ribbon formed of the converged yarn ends is then wound about a continuously rotating yarn package core by reciprocally traversing the yarn end ribbon parallel to the longitudinal axis of the yarn package core while maintaining the side-by-side untwisted contacting relationship between the multiple yarn ends of the yarn end ribbon. In such a manner, a generally cylindrical yarn package is formed having multiple yarn ends which may later be separated into individual yarn ends for downstream processing by tangentially unwinding and separating the individual yarn ends from the yarn package. As a result, the present invention allows an increase in spinning capacity to be achieved (i.e., since a greater number of yarn ends may be produced) without the need for additional substantial capital investment for new individual winders.
Abstract:
In a winder provided with a control device capable of independently controlling rotational speeds of both motors for a friction roller having a winding package placed thereon and a traverse mechanism, a driving method for a winder comprising: obtaining a difference between an output of a first sensor for detecting a rotational speed of a package and an output of a second sensor for detecting a rotational speed of a friction roller, attenuating the difference to an adjustable value to prepare a correction value, subtracting the correction value from the output of the second sensor, and using the result obtained therefrom as a control input of the both motors to enable selection of a plurality of winding patterns.
Abstract:
In a spinning machine having a plurality of spinning units for producing packages used as feeding packages for twisting which have two prestrengthend yarn components, a combined quality value of two yarn components is monitored and, in the case of a quality defect, the spinning operation is interrupted, the time of the interruption of the spinning operation being coordinated with the time of the stopping of the partially wound spool in such a manner that a yarn end, which is connected with the stopped partially wound spool, is located at a given position.
Abstract:
The weft thread or weft threads in an air nozzle loom are plied into multi-strand weft threads directly in the loom. For this purpose one or several plying devices are arranged directly in the loom between a plurality of weft thread strand supply spools or cross-wound bobbins and the multi-ply weft thread insertion nozzle.
Abstract:
An arrangement for the winding-up of a double yarn formed of two yarn components that were prestrengthened by pneumatic false-twist spinning onto a cross-wound spool is disclosed. It is provided that between the yarn feeding device and the traverse motion device there is provided a deflecting device for deflecting the double yarn. The yarn deflecting device moves synchronously, but out-of-phase with the traverse motion device to deflect the double yarn with a to-and-fro motion in such a way that always the same moving path length exists for the double yarn between the feeding device and the traverse motion device.
